Clean bank but their atm never works and if it does it takes a long time to process order. Constantly rejects bills or flat out doesn’t work. Teller said ‘ it takes a month for it to get used to your card’ kinda bogus even if that’s truth how and why can’t I deposit money within a month of openings an account. Smh Thinkin about switching to another bank that doesn’t have Temu Brand atms we shall see if the problem resolves.

Emerson was knowledgeable on all account options & specifics and very helpful. I visited this branch later on a Saturday and he was still kind enough assist me in quickly getting my account set up before closing. Definitely the a hassle-free bank experience.

I LOVE this Bank. The entire staff is super friendly courteous and professional. I always have a nice time with the tellers and they always make me smile. I wish I had her name, Teller # 804979, this young lady/woman is a true professional. She deserves a huge raise because she always offers EXCELLENT customer service

If I could leave zero starts I would! At first I thought it was just this location that sucks! The women bank manager never wants to help, she takes her time every-time it's a black person that's next into the next teller is ready so she doesn't have to help them! I've watched her do it multiple times. But that's not all! This has to be the worst credit union i've ever been with! I have a check signed over to me that they wont accept, let them tell it a lot of banks don't but Navy does, gte does, even wells fargo! Don't waste your time or trust your money with them! Find another bank/CU to do it! I will be closing my account ASAP

I’ve never had any issues with going inside to the lobby. However, if you are not a member, you are not able to use shared branching through the drive-in. Just something that should be out there so people like me to drive out of their way.

I was going to open an account there, but after walking in and seeing 2 different male tellers trying to pawn me off on one another, I simply turned and left. No one there looked happy, even other banking clients looked aggravated. The feeling you get when you walk in is NOT welcoming.

I have tried to call, always have to wait on phone for good 25 minutes minimum, I also spoke to loan service department and requested a paper statement and they never send it and just ignored me.
