I recently visited the CVS Minute Clinic with my daughter, who was feeling under the weather, and we suspected it might be strep throat. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional and truly beyond our expectations for walk-in care.Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly, ensuring that our visit began on a positive note. The efficiency of the check-in process allowed us to see the nurse practitioner without a long wait, which was a relief given my daughter's discomfort. The nurse practitioner who attended to us was not only professional but also incredibly kind and caring. Her demeanor was soothing, and she showed genuine concern for my daughter's well-being. She conducted the evaluation with gentle efficiency, making sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the process. The rapid strep test was conducted swiftly, and we received the results much quicker than anticipated. This prompt diagnosis allowed us to understand the situation and next steps without unnecessary stress or waiting. What made our experience even more convenient was the ease with which we were able to fill my daughter's prescription. It took merely 10 minutes to get her medication from the same location, saving us the hassle of having to go elsewhere. This was a significant relief, as it meant we could start her recovery process without delay. In conclusion, our visit to the CVS Minute Clinic was marked by prompt service, a caring and kind approach by the nurse practitioner, quick testing, and the ultimate convenience of getting the prescription filled on-site. I highly recommend the CVS Minute Clinic for their exceptional service and patient care. It's reassuring to know that such a reliable healthcare option is available for those unexpected health issues.

Brenda is PHENOMENAL. Super caring woman who made the visit so comfortable. Was very detailed with her testing. She’s an incredible practitioner and genuine person. I’ll be back if I have another issue!

After reading some of the reviews, I was admittedly hesitant to give the Minute Clinic a try. It turned out to be the best experience I've had at a doctor's office. The check-in process was simple. There was no waiting and I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. (If it helps you when scheduling, my appointment was at 2:40 p.m.)Most importantly, I can't say enough good things about Brenda. She was the sweetest nurse and someone who genuinely cared about how I was doing. The medical profession needs more people like her. I highly recommend seeing her, if you're able to.

I made an appointment for a Covid/Flu test because I wasn't feeling good and my husband is undergoing cancer treatment. I wanted to understand what I have so I wouldn't give it to him. That morning I woke up and my asthma was particularly bad. I arrived for my appointment and was quickly admitted. I explained my symptoms. The Nurse Practitioner Jennifer administered the two tests and starting checking my vitals. My oxygen was extremely low so she gave me a nebulizer treatment which got my oxygen to an acceptable level and treatment for when I left. She could have just given me the tests that was the purpose of the appointment, but she went above and beyond. I am extremely grateful.

I went to the minute clinic without an appointment and discovered upon arrival that I needed to make one and that there were none left for that day. However, I knocked on the partially-ajar door of the doctor and explained that I'm not from here and that it was hard for me to reach the clinic, and I asked if she could see me even though I didn't have an appointment. She agreed, and she was very very kind and attentive provided me with exactly the advice and medicine I needed. An absolute gem of a person. Thank you so much for caring and for going above and beyond :)

This is definitely NOT a walk-in/minute clinic ... we went in and there was no no one waiting and the nurse (?) wasn't seeing anyone either - we were told to check for an appointment on a computer and found out there were no appointments available for today - now we are here 20 minutes and no on has yet to come in. - this place is a scam - they absolutely could have seen my husband the 2nd we walked in, but no. Just like everything else no one wants to work anymore - Consider other options than here they will not help you if your sick!

Had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, as CVS requested. They were running late. Then they bumped me for someone who was over an hour late for their appointment. This person claimed they were wandering around CVS for over an hour looking for the minute clinic, which was ridiculous. There’s a big sign that you cannot miss when you walk in. Absurd judgment on the part of the practitioner. As it was, I waited a full hour just to see the person who did the preliminary paperwork and vitals. I was told I would have to wait longer for the practitioner to finish with the person ahead of me. I finally walked out because I was fed up with being treated in such a disrespectful manner. Will never come back here.

Dr Raj K was my virtual MD today. He joined the appointment while relaxing in his pjs from his recliner. CVS pharmacy sent me to virtual minute clinic in order to get paxlovid. DR Raj K said that was wrong and he couldn't do it. The pharmacy said that DR Raj is wrong. I spoke to pharmacist at 6820 Gulfport Blvd. in south Pasadena FL. The pharmacist on duty thought this was funny that I had to come into the store while covid positive just to try to get treatment. I will forever deter anyone from using cvs or minute clinic due to the pharmacist and the lazy unprofessional doctor who doesn't have the courtesy to put on some clothes and see patients.

Endlessly frustrating auto prompts unable to ask staff a question going could be a total waste of time depending on answer to question I am unable to ask since I can't talk to someone. I'm not trusting even basic healthcare to a clinic too cheap to have a direct staff line

Paid my $35 insurance co-pay and then got an additional bill for $49.61. All for a wrong diagnosis of an ear infection which turned out to be a build up of wax. Pseudo Doctor!!! Would have been cheaper to go to my regular doctor with a $65 co-pay that I had to go to as the medication I was given didn’t work. Will never use this “clinic” again. Terrible
