Went to the website to check if a part was in stock before I drive across town. Website says call store to check for availability. I call the store... "Can I put you on hold" Sure. I sit on hold for 30 minutes. Had to get off the phone, hang up, call back an hour later... "Can I put you on hold" Sure. I sit on hold for another half hour. Whatever, I'll just order it from Rock Auto.

USED TO BE A GOOD STORE BUT HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!!! SERVICE STINKS!!! HAD ME WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR 10 MINUTES AND STILL NO ONE TOOK MY CALL, SO I HUNG UP!!! I USED TO BUY FROM HERE FOR YEARS, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! YOU'RE LUCKY YOU GET 1 STAR FROM ME!!!

They always seem to have what I need. There NAPA brand parts are high quality. Where I believe the big auto parts stores like auto zone and advanced auto parts have there name brand made at the lowest bid. Quality is never in question at NAPA!

Worthless customer service. I went in to return some orbital buffer pads my wife bought by mistake. I was the only customer in the store. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and listened to two employees bicker back and forth, one of which was sitting right in front of me. Then when a third person shows up behind the counter the guy in front of me exchanged a few words with him and then turns to me and says "Sorry but you're going to have to wait". I told him that I'd find another Napa that's not as busy and walked out.
