My Daughter and Grandaughter and I enjoyed our visit. Enjoyed looking at the l950's and 1960's food items. They had some small toys for the kids. The store was clean and the owner was very friendly. Thank you for a great experience. We definitely will be back.

New ownership recently = price increases, horrible customer service, and WAY TOO LOUD music outside in the gas area/parking lot. Ughhh… beyond that, still a great deli for a ‘samich and nice selection of beers

The women’s bathroom is locked and you have to get a key from the cashier. The men’s bathroom is unlocked. Would love an explanation for this.

Pre covid I gave this Rally Deli 5 stars. The food was great, and the service was awesome. I gave it a great review. It's a totally different place now.I stopped by there on Wednesday at around 3:15. No one in the deli until the front counter called for her.So the deli person comes out rolling her eyes like I'm inconveniencing her.She told me I have 5 minutes to get my order in. I asked her if they're open till 4 PM. She told me that business has been too slow to be open that late. There was an older gentleman behind me overhearing what was going on, and he just turned around and walked out.I'm starving. I thought I would just make it easy and get a hot press cuban so I wouldn't inconvenience her anymore. On the cuban, I asked her if I could please have banana peppers. She told me that it was fifty cents more for banana peppers since I already have a vegetable on there.. a pickle. I told her just to forget about it, and I don't need it. She added the banana peppers on their anyway. I thought it was a good gesture. Instead, when I was paying at the register. I hear her yelling from the back... Charge him that fifty cents for those banana peppers!!!You will never catch me back at this Rally station ever again for anything.WaWa's is a five minute drive down the street.

Rude employees and it’s not just one. Sad, this place used to be such a nice change from your run of the mill gas station.

Sandwich shop inside has terrible customer service. I was completely ignored and skipped in line when trying to order. One of the employees then made a rude comment before I left.

If you come here at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. You can't buy lottery tickets because it's shift change so obviously. They make shift change their customers problem.

For some reason, this gas station locks the women’s bathroom but not the men’s bathroom. They have a sign on the women’s bathroom saying you must go to cashier for the key but staff told me they keep the male restroom unlocked. Not sure for the reason but this seems very discriminatory. Today, I waited nearly 20 minutes because they said they couldn’t find the key to the female restroom and ended up having to leave because they never found it, and it was a line of women needing to go. It was a huge inconvenience for a pregnant person who was shopping at the gas station. Will never go back.

Frequented this store for many years. Their beer selection is fantastic. However they have raised prices exponentially within the last year. A six pack of Dr. Juice for example was $11 and is now clocking in at $15 before tax. Price increases seem arbitrary and not in line with inflation. It's greed pure and simple.Similar beer can be found elsewhere and at far better price.

I have been a loyal customer here for years, but that's coming to an immediate end. There's no question Rally has the best selection of beer in St. Pete. But a recent drastic uptick in beer prices is beyond reasonable. For example, a six pack of Parish Brewing Co.'s Dr. Juice just went up from $11 to $15. I often pay upwards of $20 for a four pack of their expertly curated IPAs. But that $20 price point has breached $30. While the selection here is unmatched, there are plenty of other St. Pete businesses, with similar selections, that aren't out to gouge their customers. I'm sad to go, but I won't support this apparent greed.

While this store has the best selection of beer in St. Pete, they have recently increased their prices by a staggering amount. I was a loyal customer for years, but the apparent greediness of the owners has made me reconsider my options. As an example, a six pack of Parish Brewing Co.'s Dr. Juice just went up from $11 to $15. I often drop upwards of $20 for a four pack of their expertly curated IPAs. But my wallet has a limit. And these owners, with their jacked-up prices, have reached it.
