Peytience was so rude for no reason at all. I walked up to do a return, she didn’t say anything at all just grabbed my bag out of my hand then when I was finished with my return she turned to the kid next to her and started talking crap about me lol. I said excuse me and she wouldn’t tell me what she said. Never had an experience like that before at a store. Based on other reviews, rude, unprofessional employees seem to be trendy here

I came in today with an online return and the manager on duty was so extremely helpful :) She walked me through my options, helped me complete my return, and it was the easiest retail transaction I’ve had all year. Thank you so much!
