Terrible service. Car is still dirty inside. I clean it myself weekly and no where was is DIRTY but the windshield. That's all I really wanted. Vacuum service is a JOKE. Then blamed it on my carpet 😒 if I can get it SPOTLESS with a damn dustvac their professional equipment should have no problem. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME

I have been going there for years! I did not want to post something negative but after several recent visits...here we are.
The tipping... I get that several stations are part of the process...the vaccm station ( back of the house) the front of the house where they dry and do the final touches...
Here is my issue..It is made clear and asked by the woman who collects your payment...that the box of cash on the counter is for the back crew.. then you are informed and asked to provide another tip for the front crew...
THEN..when the crew hands you your keys...they are hesitant to release them to you...lingering in front of you very aggressively..like blocking your way..with their hand out expecting another tip...
I will not be back...due to this...
I mean tipping should be at the client's discretion...
But more importantly here... the client should not be made to tip 3 different times!
Mainstream this process on our end...and figure out on your end..how the tips are divided.
Stopping the aggressive approach to your clients on 3 different attempts to collect!
Sad...losing a long time client over this!

I was hesitant bc of reviews but glad I gave them a try! Hard-working, considerate detailers & a friendly sweet woman at the cashier desk! Beautiful job & amazing prices, I had to get more cash to tip more bc of the meticulous work they did 🫶🏽🌻🚗

I was there today I also was there about a month ago i wont be going back they did a awful job did not even only vaccumed very little never wiped anything down inside for what you pay and give them all tips almost 40 dollars later for such a disapointing service will not be going again

The only actual full service car wash I've been able to find. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Everyone is super friendly.

Stood in line for 10 minutes to pay for the most expensive wash and wax.
Instead of getting that accomplished, I listened to people talk about dead children. Very strange. Not a good way to run a business. I’ll spend my $200 elsewhere

There are very few full service car washes in St Pete area. They do a pretty good job here, my car consistently comes back clean with very few items missed. It's great value for money and service is good so I keep coming back.
