I started with some goldfish from the fair, went up to 4 tanks and now just one large saltwater tank. He has guided me through all of them. He is a wealth of knowledge and willing to share with anyone willing to listen. Great guy. He will be straight with you about what you need or don't need for your tank, pond, etc. He doesn't try to sell you anything extra. If you are looking for something specific, he will find it for you. I recommend this store to anyone who has any interest in fish tanks. The best place in town for the hobby!

He came out of his groom with Kim so happy and tail high! Not timid and shaking like, unfortunatley his previous groom was. Which to me personally says alot. Kim was very precise with Regulus's trim and was very ready to just hold and be with Regulus from the get go. I immediately felt completely at ease. Good parking and easy to get to. Fair pricing. The place is clean, tidy and Comfortable. It's easy to tell by Kim's attitude and how things are run that great care has been taken in running their business. No wonder they're book up! They even have little drawers with your pets name on it to keep your pups stuff in you can pick up when the session is over instead of leaving it in the car or carrying it around downtown. Very thoughtful. On Picking him up I never thought I'd be so happy about how my puppies paws look! The nails, the pads and the hair around are so perfect. I keep catching myself looking at them. I'm am continuously pleased by the the things I noticed through out the day about Kim's work. Plus Regulus SMELLS SO GOOD and his coat is SO SOFT. You know that commercial for Downey soft were the fluffy bear snuggles the blanket and you think " aaww man I want in on that softness!" Yeah, that kinda soft. He's practically a Show dog at this point! Lol Already book his next session. See you soon!

Dr. Saez, the fact that you came in on your day off to take immediate action and perform emergency surgery means more to us than words can truly express. Dr. Wilson, your care, support, and commitment during this incredibly difficult time did not go unnoticed and meant so much to our family.
From the moment we walked in, your entire team was so welcoming and supportive, without knowing the heavy personal struggles we were already carrying. I was dealing with my own serious health issues and had just been discharged from the hospital, while also grieving a loss in my family. In the midst of all that pain and uncertainty, your clinic became a place of warmth, understanding, and genuine compassion.
We cannot help but wish we had known about Northwest Veterinary Clinic sooner. Perhaps if we had, Ziggy might still be with us today. We had tried another clinic, but the cost was simply more than we could manage while already under financial strain. Despite everything, Dr. Saez, Dr. Wilson, and the entire team made it their duty to do everything possible for Ziggy, and that effort, empathy, and humanity mean everything to us.
Even though the outcome was not what we had hoped for, we are forever grateful knowing that Ziggy was surrounded by people who truly cared and fought for him with everything they had. Thank you for your kindness, your empathy, and for treating us and our boy with such dignity and love during one of the hardest moments of our lives.

They had a variety of seating options from indoors to outdoors and even have this cool area in the back with sand and tables you could sit at.
The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend it and will go back when we are in the area again.
