I get my cat's nails trimmed at their grooming salon twice a month. Matt is by far our favorite groomer! He's so good with Luna, I think she actually gets excited about going there!! 🙂

Nice, clean and of course pet friendly 😜, they have connected a veterinary office. Also you can get prescription dog food. Bring your prescription to the veterinary office. They will give you a card with the RX #. Unfortunately, they didn't have the dog can wet food I needed. They do have the kibbles.

Super nice and went over and beyond to assist us. Didn’t even get upset when we got the wrong size. They allowed us to exchange it right there at the counter and try the clothes on to make sure that they fit.

Sometimes the quality of dog food can be iffy. Have had to exchange two bags because my dog got sick off them. I will say they always exchange with no problems.

I made an appt for the dog to get a bath and nail trim. They took him on time and they said they would call in about 2 hrs. Was on time and he was happy.

Sooooo done with this PetSmart! Signed up for a 6 weeks class…had one class, one person didn’t show and the one other person that did had to discontinue after the first week so I had to wait another 2 weeks to get into another class that was starting. Had one MAYBE two other classes with this group and I get a call that the trainer is sick. So I go the next week and show up and no one is there. Never received a call or anytghing. Great courtesy and respect for the clients who take time out of their busy schedule and show up ready to learn and train. Talked to an employee and there was no manager on duty. I received no call or and apparently the trainer is out for a while. I want a refund and will never step foot on that store again. I’ve spent hundreds there in the past three month. The groomers never smile or greet you when you walk in and look like they hate their life. One cashier never gave me my merchandise after bagging and had to ask for it. Such a pity because it’s so close to home and I put my trust in them for multiple services. I will gladly take my money, time, and energy elsewhere and support local businesses instead.

Wish they’d stop selling beta fish in tiny cups. They looked so sad and inactive. Terrible conditions, swimming in filth. Petsmart do better. One of the iguanas needed medical attention and a better habitat.

We give our dog Sebastian a bath here once a month. So nice to have warm water, dryer, and soaps and conditioner. We bring our own shampoo and Sebastian just loves it. Great place to wash your 🐕 dog.

I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent grooming service provided. The quality of the grooming, specifically the work performed on my Yorkie by Nikki, was subpar and did not meet expectations. The outcome resembled an at-home grooming attempt, and the dog's scent was also unsatisfactory. Consequently, I will not be utilizing the grooming services at this establishment in the future.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the grooming service provided to my Yorkie today by NIKKI. Despite requesting a low cut, the result was uneven and unprofessional. Furthermore, the dog did not appear to have been bathed, and the overall grooming lacked any shaping or attention to detail, which is expected for this breed. I am disappointed with the service and will not be utilizing your services again.

We sent our dog here for grooming and paid for a deshedding groom. Our dog has short hair. We got him back wet & they totally slipped trimming his nails. Additionally, there is still visible fur easy to shed that they left. I can’t tell a difference between a normal bath and the deshed bath. Would not go back.
