Went looking for a birthday cake. I got the chocolate cheesecake crunch. I haven't try that before and was happy that I got it. This place was clean. Staffs are friendly.

I called to see if they had my medication in stock and would have my doctor send my prescription in. The Pharmacist I spoke to was very nice and she said it shouldn’t be a problem after giving her the Rx number. I didn’t hear anything so I called a week later and the Manager I guess picked up this time. He had an absolute melt down saying he couldn’t take on any clients amongst other excuses. I’ve been trying to find someone with my medicine in stock for three weeks now and he showed no empathy. This pharmacy manager is a joke.

This is the first time I have had to complain about publix. I shop at publix everyday and I mean every day. 2 days ago I went to the one on 38th, ordered a 6inch sandwich with just mayo and cheese. Paid $1.98 which was OK for what I got. But today I go to this publix and they tried to charge me $5.98. The boy asked the manager Susan, and she said yes its a veggie. I explained to her there isn't one veggie on there. She instantly got in her feelings. She wrapped me up a whole 12inch bread plain and tried to charge me $2 and then my other half. I advised her I didn't ask for more bread. She continued to get more upset and began to talk about me to other employees standing next to her as they giggled. She says to me what do you want me to charge you. I advised her what I paid for it at the other location, all for her to say "well they don't know what they are doing, that manager is wrong". Wow, is this what publix is becoming? Or is she just a bad seed that makes them look bad. Her attitude was unbelievable and in front of workers and customers. I went to the front to speak with manager Samir. He apologized for her attitude and advised me he doesn't know if prices have changed. I advised no its been the same at every other publix. Just seems to be a issue in your deli with Susan as the manager. I also stated to him, if I was the manager of the store she would be fired. I advised him I would be writing this review advising him I have close to 2million views on google review, so that's a lot of people who will see this. Also advised I will be calling corporate on Monday. I already pay more than any other grocery store shopping at publix, and I dang sure won't deal with nasty attitudes when I do. P.s get rid of Susan, she's making your deli have a bad name. I will not return but do look forward to hearing what corporate has to say. There are plenty more publix locations, shop at those ones instead or at least the deli.

Completely unempathetic pharmacist. I was told I did not have a refill for my medication when I called to request a refill. I shared that I do not have any medication left and asked if there are any possible solutions to get one pill while we wait, Erica’s solution: “Go to the ER.” I was pretty appalled at the insensitivity and lack of overall empathy. Publix should really review basic customer service skills with this pharmacist. There are better ways to say “I know this is frustrating, and I’m so sorry, but I really can’t give any type of medication without that refill, even if it’s an emergency.”

If ordering a sub on line here 9 out 10 times the order will be wrong. Today I ordered a roast beef sub got home and it was a turkey bacon ! Usually they forget items or forget to heat it up which u can live with. But today was a real mess up! I won't be ordering here again.

Moved from SoCal and glad to have found Publix. It seems the only other option here is Winn Dixie. Publix blows them away in every respect. Quality bakery, deli, and their store brands are quite good. Staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience. Top shop!

Pharmacist with brown hair and glasses is very rude. She was all smiles until she saw what medication I was prescribed and then tried to make it hard for me to fill even tho I have been getting my medications filled with publix for years. I normally get the same medicine I was filling today at cvs because my normal publix location said they couldnt order it on a regular basis . And she then seemed to look down on me and judge for taking a controlled medication. I've been taking it for years for a variety of problems. If you have moral issues with controlled medications you should not be in this field. My medicine saved my life. And the very reason why I was having it filled separately at cvs was because of this worry. My doctor pushed me into coming here even though I was worried about how they would try to make it hard for me to fill, but he said he sends all of his patients to this location and they always fill without problems. My concerns were 100 percent right. Just do your job and give the masses their prescribed medication please. I am seriously considering just switching back to cvs next month. Because if I have to go through this every single time just to save 40 dollars I do not think it is worth it. I do not want to feel the way she made me feel again.

I've never had an issue at this location. I wanted to write this as I saw a lot of negative reviews. This location made me love the Publix chain as the store was really well organized, busy, and friendly.

If you are new to town, I highly discourage visiting this store because they refuse to get rid of employees that prey on women and children after serious sexual assaults have already occurred. Countless times in the seafood department near the sushi counter 2 male Publix employees have continued to make sexual jokes towards women as they bend over to look at food items and managers are unwilling to even have a conversation with these men. This is not a safe family establishment.

Normally I'm never the type to complain, but I placed an pickup order here for a sub at 4:50pm. I set the pickup time to 6:30. I showed up around 6:35 and my order was not ready yet, which is okay, I understand being busy. But then the lady making the pickup order subs put one out that had a pickup time on it scheduled for 6:55, 25 minutes after mine was supposed to be ready. She then proceeds to make another sub for a pickup order, I was hoping it was mine but it ended up not being mine as I could see from the toppings she was putting on it that it was not my order. I was very disappointed as the main purpose of me placing the pickup order was to be able to quickly come in, pickup my sub, and make it back with enough time to eat on my lunch break. I ended up buying a premade sub which was good but not the same as a fresh made sub.

I had been out of my medications for 2 weeks and had severe withdrawal effects as it was an antidepressant and also i was out of my blood pressure meds ....I had already talked to the pharmacist earlier on the phone and explained my situation to her and she said they would be ready for me in about 2 hours so i waited about 4 hours and went to the pharmacy where i was greeted by a young man who seemed to be a tech in training/grocery bagger ....He laughed when i told him that the pharmacist said my medications would be ready and said yeah that is what we tell everybody....

GREAT PHARMACISTS, two HORRIBLE PHARMACY TECHS. I have used Publix Pharmacy for a while. The pharmacists have always been excellent. The pharmacy technicians, especially Greg, should not be bagging groceries, much less working in a pharmacy. My first encounter with Greg was when I walked up to the pharmacy cash register a few weeks ago. He was standing there on his phone. I decided it might be interesting to see how long it took him to notice I was there. I set my watch and it took a full minute and a half until Greg noticed and offered to help me. My second encounter with Greg was when I called to check on the status of my prescription. Greg informed me that he was waiting to hear from the doctor. I informed Greg that he and I both know that isn't true. I told him the doctor is a colleague of mine with whom I had just spoken to on the phone and he had remarked what a nice pharmacist I had. The worst part was with a lady pharmacy tech that informed me that the FDA only allows 9 generic Imitrex a month for migraines and that my "doctor should know that". I asked to speak with the pharmacist and the pharmacist corrected her. THIS IS NOT THE LEGACY THAT MR. GEORGE WOULD WANT TO LEAVE. Greg must be fired immediately and if the other pharmacy tech is unwilling to undergo basic customer service skills training, she should be fired as well.

What a joke. Winn Dixie super exceeded my expectations. They use to be super helpful. A little but more money. Now it's at least 35% more than others .snotty a** customers. Staff and quality of produce was horrible. Still might order a pub sub here and there. Eeeerrrrrrrrrrt just kidding the last time I did that it took an extra hAlf hour than they said. Hope you go out of business, and make room for a better establishment.
