It's incredible that you walk into a Publix and the entire staff used to their phones, especially the women working the cash register and the ones making sandwiches in the deli section. You lost a lot of time there. I think they should be a little stricter about phone use while working.

They got my friends car towed even though she was at the neighboring business in the same plaza getting a service done. Publix employee that called it in. When comforted all they said was sorry offered a free sub?!?!? Are you kidding? 90% if the Publix workers wouldn’t even be able to afford the bill. Once the boomers die off, Publix will die with them.

This used to be my go to place for groceries. But last time I went there with my service dog I was being harassed by an older lady that worked there. She tried to guess my disability in front of everyone in line and when I told her it is a psychiatric service dog she told me that was an ESA and only REAL disabilities aka physical ones were acceptable for service animals. I been coming here for years and never had any issues with any other worker but after this interaction I do no longer feel safe going back. I don’t want to support a business that in 2025 don’t believe mental health is real.

The deli sub shop is terrible in their service! I have been there now 3 times and all 3 have received terrible service. The subs alone were great as with any Publix subs I had over many years but service here isn't worth it!!

Watch out for the rentacop security guard in full tactical gear @ 9 am who walks around the parking lot telling you if you go to Taylor Sam's that he will have to tow you. While the drunkards piss in the bushes and the homeless sleep in the same parking lot. Real man of the people out here protecting the public good little revenue booster he is 🤣✌️🤙🖖

I walked out today in the same direction as a man who looked like he was mentally handicapped or perhaps not all there. Anyway this staff members followed him out apparently for shoplifting, however the gentleman did not run or deny it simply said to the staff member he did not realize it and offered to pay for the items. The staff member snatched the bag back from him and continued to say inappropriate things to him. I was left with my mouth open in disbelief
