1 STAR FOR JUST THIS VISIT!!!!Was going to the one at Disston Plaza and was very satisfied until I received bad service in the deli, which never happens. I've been ordering subs for over 15 years or other deli items and for several occasions from Birthday ,Anniversary, Holidays and just for my family and out of all these orders some as many as 22 subs at a time I've only gotten 2 wrong orders 1 was when I ordered 18 subs and 4 were supposed to be vegetarian but that wasn't a big deal and 1 when I ordered just 2 Italian Subs and they weren't Boars Head Italian's they were turkey and some combo but had mayonnaise also or could have eaten them. But my regular Publix is being remodeled, and I also go to 66th and Park Blvd. But when I went to the deli last time, they were out of onions, mild peppers, and their warmer was broke it was around 9 P.M. but had spoken with the night manager, who I think was named Michael before it was Paul because I had called him after I got the wrong sandwiches and he had said he'd replace them but I said we were just going to eat left overs. But I did drop off the sandwiches the next day. When I called him the night I received the wrong subs, I asked if he was going to write it down, and he replied yes ! He also remembered me in the store because he helped me find soup bones that had been moved he was very friendly. But Michael or whomever the manager was that night was rude. he wouldn't even check to see if it was written down! He said I waited too long, which wasn't long at all but I didn't need to explain to him when and why I didn't order the subs when they were returned the next day and Paul was not there so I asked them at customer service to make sure they wrote it down and let Paul know I had returned the subs. SUCH A PETY THING AND IF HE DIDN'T HAVE SUCH A DEMEANING ATTITUDE I WOULD HAVE JUST LET IT GO! MAYBE IF HE LOOKED UP MY CARDS HE WOULD HAVE SEEN HOW MUCH MONEY I HAD SPENT THERE!!!

Stopped at the hot food case and got the mojo pork with mac n cheese and it was amazing!! They had it cooked perfectly. Very juicy and the mac was creamy. The service was quick and to the point ty Publix employee's!!

The employees at this stores customer service/lotto area are condescending and rude. Spanish lady who barely spoke English and long hair guy seemed to get pleasure out of the two customers sadness ahead of me.
