While all Publix stores are know for excellent customer service, this location operates on a top tier level. Literally EVERY employee that I interact with on EVERY trip truly goes above and beyond to be polite, friendly, and helpful. Are they more expensive? Yes. Is it worth every penny? Absolutely! Thanks to management and ALL employees and keep up the stellar work!

Nice store. Packed with inventory, clean. Only difficulty was issue with "basket" escalator. Tha full they had elevator.

I am making Oxtail Ragu over egg noodles tonight to dinner.
I called publix to confirm they have oxtail. Oxtail was in stock.
Walked to the meat section.
And got sticker shock. Oxtail price is $14.98 lb. I needed 4 lbs. That's $60. For oxtail. Comparing oxtail with other meats. A prime rib roast was same price $14.98 lb. It was a 6lb roast. $90. Yes, pricey. But it's prime rib. Will feed 8.
So I decided not to pay $14.98lb for oxtail.
I have seen oxtail at Sams. Unfortunately they were out.
But their price is $8.98lb.
Next, I checked Ryan's meat market. They too were out.
My last hope was Wynn Dixie in south Pasadena. They had one package out for 1.25 lb. I need 4lb.
I asked the butcher if they have oxtail. Yes they did. Prepped 4.5 lbs of fresh oxtail. $8.99 lb.
I will do more shopping at Wynn Dixie.
Publix is going to price themselves out of customers.
