My appt was very easy to book online and check in was a breeze. The wait time was minimal. My phlebotomist Nora was very gentle and extremely competent and friendly.

Outstanding experience!!! The best by far Quest facility that I've used. Everything worked perfectly...like clockwork. Everyone was super nice, very efficient, very professional...I was in and out in 17 minutes.

The lobby is a zoo. I made an appointment, arrived on time, and they took 7 walk-ins ahead of me. Terrible coordination and time management.

When I had my original appt to get labs the girls in the office were so helpful and explained everything well. But dropping off my samples a week later and the girl was so rude. They asked me for 4 stool samples, but apparently only needed 3. When I asked where I could put it she snarled about it not going in her trash. Instead of direction me to a place it could go. I don't understand why you would put someone like this in a customer service position if she can't even be courteous to the people you serve.

Came in a little before my check in time and was called back in time and out in less than 10 minutes. Quick and efficient. Brittney was great and friendly. Very nice experience.

Terrible check in experience. No staff available, only a check in kiosk. I had an appointment, but the kiosk claimed I didn't. And because there was no staff I couldn't show my proof of an appointment and had to wait as a walk in.

The same Technician who took care of me this time & the last time was the best ever no pain at all & was completely professional and competent in every way as well as being an extremely nice & pleasant person! She should be the example Quest uses for training all their employees!

I don't write these often but this is the BEST quest I've ever been to across states and counties. Kind, efficient, and quick is what I would say. While I was waiting, all of 5 mins, all the staff were coming out friendly to call names and asking if anyone also needed help with check in. I was lucky to get the manager to do mine and she was fantastic! I
