Easy in, easy out. Showed up at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment, barely had time to finish the electronic check-in when they called me back to draw 4 vials of blood. Was out the door at 10:40am

My experience was excellent. Check in at the waiting room kiosk was very easy. The lab tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm not sure why others have had less favorable experiences as I've been to this location several times before and it's always been good.

Horrible experience! The tech was very flippant when I told her I had an aversion to needles. As she was drawing the blood, she jammed the needle in my vein , when I reacted from the pain, instead of asking if I was ok, she screamed that I had moved! I had a huge hematoma and black and blue bruise on my arm. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went to International Medical Labs close by on Pasadena. I had the most amazing experience from their very professional staff!

While I had a very quick and efficient blood draw today, it was a little too quick. The phlebotomist was pretty rough and I ended up bleeding quite a bit in my bandaid and I had a really bad bruise/lump at my vein. This has never happened to me bf and I've had my blood drawn many many times. I would not go back to this place.

I was at Quest getting my blood drawn. I dealt with a very patient and helpful person, Vicki. The diagnostic codes were not entered correctly by my provider. She was on the telephone for a total of 30 mins, attempting to get this resolved. Otherwise my insurance would have paid nothing. She was incredible. Thank you, Vicki.

Emily was absolutely amazing! I have had issues in the past getting bloodwork done without 4 or 5 pokes so I always dread having it done. I let her know about it and she took every precaution to try and get me through as smoothly as possible and I really appreciate that! On top of it all she got it done on the first try! Thanks Again.

Emily was amazing! Very through, efficient and so sweet!! I am a coward when it comes to a blood draw and she took very good care of me. There was an issue with an order from a Dr’s office and she went above and beyond to fix it! Thank you, Emily!

Overall a very positive experience. Ask for Emely. She is awesome. Great customer interaction and gentle with the poke. I easily got an appointment and was seen at the time it was for. I recommend having a person rather than just tablets in the reception area. I recommend this location highly.

Awful. I'm trying to get my mom's blood work done. I've taken her 3 times, already, and waited over 2 hours.Just make sure you clear your whole day, so you can sit in their waiting room, or you'll never get in.

I arrived this morning for a 10:40 appointment I waited an hour and a half. I was never called on? I had to leave because of another appointment. I’m back this afternoon for my 1:30 appointment. I’m here a half an hour early because my wife is a crossing guard. The service and customer care is horrible!!!

Made a 11:30 drop off appointment, a prepared specimen! Baggie of ice to keep it chilled it melting, I been sitting here 30 minutes even after letting an employee know all I have to do is drop off a sample.Other patients in the waiting room have all discussed amongst eachother they’ve been waiting for an 11:15 appointment. It appears this location is overbooking & also has no easy “drop off” method.

Normally a great experience. They took advantage last time by asking if I wanted a Vitamin D test along with normal blood work. I said I guess so, and how much is it? The lab tech said she didn't know. I was billed $241. When I looked on-line - typical price is $50 to $150. Lab techs shouldn't be a salesperson. This should have been handled by the business office with full disclosure on pricing.

If their goal was to be an example of everything wrong with American health care, they are are well on their way. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM, and arrived at 7:55. There is no one to greet you, just a check in kiosk. Once you are checked in, they tell you how long you will now have to wait (35 minutes, in my case). This is actually a lie. I'm still sorting in the lobby, 35 minutes later, and the scrolling board says I still have 18 more minutes.I made an appointment because I wanted to control the time. I had to fast prior to this test, so I am tired, cranky, and hungry. If I had known I wouldn't get sent until an hour after my appointment, I could have started the day later. Why even give me an appointment time of I won't be seen at that time? And the impersonal waiting room of course means there's no one to even hear your grievances.I chose this location because my insurance called them a preferred center or whatever. But the one I usually go to sees me within 10 minutes of my appointment. I'll just keep going there.
