Came in for a test today Feb 25th, 2025 at 12:45. My appointment was set up for 1pm. Lady took me in at 1:30 and asked for a referral from my doctor which I didn’t have as no one told me I need to bring it. I didn’t eat or drink for the past 2h to prepare for test and I offered to pay for it as I didn’t want to reschedule and I was denied the test! I asked her if I run home and come back in 20 min, could she take me in right away and she said I’ll have to wait in line again!
Everything now is electric, how are people suppose to know to bring paper referral not to even mention if I didn’t google how to prepare for the test, I wouldn’t know that you can’t eat or drink at least 1h before. Horrible service and experience. I even showed her my doctor’s information and she didn’t even suggest to reach out and get the order right there. She had no compassion or empathy for my situation. Now I have to lose another day of pay at work and reschedule.

Very disappointed and concerned following my experience here. I was not given the correct specimen containers and given the wrong instructions for specimen storage. These test results will be significant to my health and I wish I had had the right information to begin with. What else may that staff member be doing wrong? Staff should be educated more thoroughly to ensure test results are accurate.

I was confirmed for a 7:10am appointment but was skipped over several times until I questioned a staff member about taking 7:30 appointments ahead of me. She checked the system then brought me in but was not at all apologetic. Her attitude was like I was burdening her day. She was not at all compassionate. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any lab facility.

Worst experiance with ms joyce. she doesnt let anyone say anything without her talking over you. Her way of talking is like talking down to you.

I was a walk in with no appointment. I spent less than 10 minutes at your facility. The experience was quick and painless!! Kudos!!

My appointment was for 9:30 am and they are always right on time taking me back for the lab work. Been going to the same Quest Location for the last 12 plus years and have never had a problem. Staff is always friendly and are excellent in doing the procedures. In and out in a timely manner. Best part, they are very close to my home.
I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics.

I don't remember the ladies name, I do know that she was from Poland and very professional. Next time I need a blood draw I hope I get someone like her
