These guys know what they're doing!! On appearance, the place looks a little disheveled and chaotic - and it is a bit! But once you walk through the door and get a big welcoming greeting, all falls into place!.This time, I needed a new headliner for my BMW. They walked me through the process and gave me a stellar price. We scheduled the service and a week later I dropped off the cat, it was completed in half a day. My cars interior looks fantastically like-new! It is unbelievable!The communication is on point, the service and finished product met and exceed expectation. I'm going to take our Volvo in next!!

I went in for some snaps from 1972 for an old Eames chair and they didn't have any, naturally. I came in looking for advice on where to look for them. But before I left, Bud gave me (at no cost) five possible replacements that I could jury-rig and they worked! I'll definitely take my business back there.

I am highly disappointed...yet Thankful. I took my 2012 convertible Mustang to Rayco for an assessment on a Saturday, met with Ryan very nice man who agreed that I needed a new vinyl ragtop. Ryan said he would call me on Monday to confirm pricing, get it scheduled and take a deposit. After not hearing from him on Monday, I called on Wednesday. I said "Ryan you forgot about me" his response was "I probably did." He told me "I will check on pricing and call you tomorrow." Saturday I called Rayco because I did not receive a call back on Thursday like Ryan said. I spoke to Bud the owner, with great frustration I expressed the situation and my experience. Bud assured me that he or Ryan will call me on Monday. Yea.."I heard this before" were my exact words to Bud. But again assured me he or Ryan will call me on Monday. Well... today as I write this review is Thursday and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Now... I can understand and accept a company being busy and maybe short staffed (if this is the case). However, that is a poor excuse if you are open for business. If you are open for business, I expect you to conduct and perform as a business. If you can't, you need to close the business. As a customer, if I can't trust you to keep your word and do what you said you are going to do which was returning a simple phone call....How can I trust you to perform a job that I am paying for? Well Rayco...you lost a customer who was ready and waiting with money in hand.

Rayco Auto interiors would have earned five stars but for the organization, invoice and tracking system should be modernized. My other suggestion for an enhanced customer and business experience is before and after photos. However, they where reasonable in accommodations for my changing schedule. The ultimate result exceeded my expectations with the technician reaching out to someone else to find the exact factory color, despite my having chosen the wrong color. My bench seat went from molding with a giant gash down the front to the pictured result below on the 60/40 bench.

Rayco did a replacement of a convertible top on my 2006 Miata. The job was done in late August and looked great. It looked factory flawless. But the car had leaked really badly before the replacement and I was nervous about the heavy rain but it just hadn’t come.Today’s torrential rains removed any lingering questions about the job quality. It was as tight as if it had been lock sealed all the way around. Not a drop in the interior. You guys are the best.

I had the seat cushions replaced in my trailer. Their price was very fair. I have been using the cushions for over a month daily on my travels and they are showing no signs of any problem. The workmanship was excellent. I supplied the top-of-the-line vinyl material. My complaint, on the invoice they wrote one week, I checked regularly making phone calls and a personal visit to get status. No one called me when they were done, a month later, just before I was leaving. I got into an argument with them about the delay. In the end, the cushons are great.

I took my SUV for upholstery work at Rayco, and was very pleased with the quality of work that was done and the friendliness of the people. They were attentive to every concern that I had and made sure that I was satisfied. I left smiling.

The place looks like a junk yard. This should give you a clue that their work is also junk. The finish was sloppy and the color didn't match. Give this place a pass!

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this company. Fair pricing, expert advice, and just great customer service. Not only did they help repair a cushion for a bench, they finished it ahead of schedule.I would recommend Rayco to any and everyone!!!Thank you for the great service ?

These guys did a great job redoing our seats in our tow trucks. They picked a very strong material and custom sewed new covers on everything including the center console on our ford f550. The bench in our international was done perfect including new foam. Better than factory. It has been two years and they still look brand new. No separations and all seams and fit are tight. You get what you pay for here. They also have done several cars seats for us with the same results. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!

This place came highly recommended I was going to have a favorite chair re-upholstered as a bday. The price was very good and the 7days turn around was great Bud did say may 3extra days due to holiday season. Dropped off chair on 12/12. When I called on the 10th day 12/23and Bud said they haven't even started yet but I would have it the following Monday as the chair was simple. I was disappointed but I was like ok. I call on the 28th to schedule a pick up time. Bud told me he wasn't in but that he would call Ryan who was in the shop but at lunch and that he would get me all squared away. Ryan calls back and notified me that they still have started the chair. There was clearly some annoyance in my voice when I started to explain that I have been with out the chair for week longer then I was originally told, I explain the day to days initial completion date to only later to be told that it would be completed today by Bud. Now I'm being told that I MIGHT be able to get it by Wednesday 12/30/20/, 19 days after I dropped it off and you have the nerve to sound as if u are doing me a favor by trying to have it done by Wednesday. Ryan even had the gall to say to me, "Well it the holidays and all and something came up and ur chair just fell through the cracks, so what do you want to do". This was not free service I'm supposed to be okay with the horrible customer service that I had been receiving and still pay you. Never once do you call and tell me about the delays or even apologies. So what I will be doing is coming to get my chair and my fabric and I will be written this review. It's sad, it's a local business and I like to support local small business. I was waiting to get my chair back to show to some co-workers who were also interested in getting some pieces redonejust lost out on a bunch of business but may our job was too small for them.
