Deposited a paper paycheck since company I work for did not have direct deposit set up in time and Regions put a 10 day hold on it! I’ve been a customer since 1987 and spoke with branch and the man I spoke with was zero help. He said the only person who could take off the hold was out sick. I find that hard to believe that only one person has that power. Now I’m stuck here with $5.00 left to eat and pay bills with. I will definitely be switching banks after this atrocious customer service. Don’t use this bank!

The assistant manager DID NOT tell me their was a promotion that would have allowed me to earn $50 since another household member was opening an account that had two direct deposits. Her name is Vicki. Secondly, I was ripped off by an overseas vendor, never received the item I paid for, and the customer service representative I met in the branch did nothing about it. I gave him all the emails and transactions and all he did was lay across the desk. He did nothing and to this day I have not been reimbursed for over the $30 this company stole from me. DO NOT BANK AT REGIONS.
