I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! The lady that works at the front with the dreads is so RUDE it’s sad I witnessed her get rude with a customer today because he wanted to pay off his rental with Cash instead of Debit?♀️I was also promised a delivery today waited home all day for nothing! Take your money elsewhere

I love RAC. The issue I have is with the staff. The new manager at the location on central Ave in St Petersburg, FL is forcing me to pay for the club even though your website says it's optional. Called the corporate number and they said the district manager would call me in 24 hours but I have not received a call

Maylene goes above and beyond for her customers and running this store smoothly. This woman deserves a raise. She is the reason we decided to stay with Rent-A-Center - between her superb customer service skills and truly going above and beyond (no exaggeration) to make things right for us and ensure we were happy.Our 75” tv is amazing and everything we were looking for. Very rude employee. Will never take my business here. After wait 40minutes to get help. The cashier was shooting the breeze with his homeboy, totally ignored me. Was too busy. Will definitely go elsewhere and spred the newsas well. -10

Don’t rent from this rent a center the workers come knocking on your door 3-4 times per day, call you 3 and more times daily, even when you talk to someone @ the store and informed them that you stop the auto pay because renter center runs you bank account 2 times daily.

This location has rude employees and doesn't deliver on time or the day they say they do. They lie and are the worst business I've ever dealt with do not rent from this location. They treated my elderly mother with no respect. This location needs to be removed or better employees
