They only have two fitting rooms now and you have to wait an hour in line to try a single thing on. I would not recommend shopping here to anyone.

Staff are incompetent. Cashier was checked out and over worked. Got stopped by security after spending 150 dollars because the metal detector was going off, searched my stuff before I left (very invasive) and when I get home I see that both the cashier and security failed to remove an ink tag. Management stood around talking doing nothing until the cashier called desperately for some back up. Y'all should be ashamed, letting untrained over worked employees on the floor like this.

Went here with my family and my grandmother last night, Thursday, September 19th , 2024 . They had not muchi inventory the guy up - front ( Security ) he was overall friendly . I had to really use the bathroom. Thank God one of the employees came faster enough because I had an upset stomach. Stuff was all over the place. Prices were different than other Ross stores .

Terrible management and rude people shopping there. They never do deep cleaning at that store and you can clearly see dirt in every corner that attracts roaches. Disgusting!

If I could give -5, I would. The lack of respect and complete rudeness by Marlon on 8/6/24 at 7:40pm was mind-blowing. The only saving grace was the very nice loss prevention man who greeted everyone warmly. While in line, loss prevention asked that all hangers be removed from clothing so it's faster. I removed and folded all clothing with tags and security tags clearly visible while in line, walked up to the counter, and started setting folded clothes on the counter stating which items have security tags. He snatched the clothing and said they don't go there, and then he roughly sets them on the counter. He said, "I don't need you to tell me what items have security tags, I can see." Just before me, the same cashier missed a tag, and it set the alarm off, so I figured he could use help. If I hadn't been shopping with my daughter for school clothes for over an hour, I would have left the whole pile and left. Yes, it was busy, but there was no need for the attitude. I will not return to this store.

No stars but had to add one jist to post...the managers are so disrespectful! They always angry! Seems to me like they all need counseling! Managers switch prices on items for their family, friends and themselves .. this store is soooooo ghetto and they NEVER wipe down their carts. Will NEVER go to this location again.. I also took family from out of town their and wasn't pleased Supervisors, Managers and the Store protection Staff needs to be changed!!! Called corporate many of times about other things as well..

They have a halfway decent selection of menswear. Able to find a pair of jeans and slacks in my waist size. Still will have to have the lega hemed a bit. Nice selection of kitchen stuff and bedding.

I see other stores around the country packed with items it seems when I go to a Ross here in St pete it's never really full with items, don't know why. Other then that I like to browse every now and then

The store was ok but the employees are incompetent todo their jobs correctly. Their employee named Salvado didn’t know how to simply exchange an item and wasted so much time until he finally called a manager. Don’t really understand why it takes so long to return or exchange an item especially when you have the receipt aren’t the employees trained to know how todo their jobs? Been to many other locations where they simply scan the return item and put it towards you’re purchase. Even someone who doesn’t work at Ross knows more about returns then their employee at this location.
