The register operator early spoke to me. She was on her phone till I got her attention. She was foreign but she could speak English, I heard talk to another employee. She didn't even give me my receipt. She pointed to it and then continued socializing.

Came to this Ross for something and immediately was greeted with a rude comment saying they close in 25 mins. Then another employee with a snotty attitude came over in the aisle and said we close in 20 mins in a rude tone. Um there’s other customers in the store too not the only ones only came in for one thing while others have cart loads of stuff. Also saw kids kicking a ball around the store like it’s a playground. Didn’t see no employee telling them to stop. First and last time will ever step foot in this Ross.
