Their pump software and hardware are both terrible. It's near impossible to use the alt ID rewards here without it freezing up and going back to the "welcome" screen.

This place is not customer friendly. I tried to pay at the pump, and it didn't work. This seems fishy because it asked for my card twice. They're stealing card information from people. I would avoid this place at all costs. Too many foreigners are scamming Americans these days.

We bought a tire from same building but they didn't put the spare underneath where it goes. I am handicapped and have had to drive with it in the back of my handicapped van. I think their store is dirty and have seen bugs in there where they sell food.

The staff is great... the giving me $0.03 off a gallon cause I use the Shell mobile app then charging me $0.10 extra per gallon is not so much.

The prices listed do not match the prices they end up charging and when questioned about it the dude gives an attitude. It's happened a few times and at first when he was Called out for skimming the top of prices he made it right and gave the money back but he continuously does it and after so many times of being called out on it he's just refused to make it right. 0/10 would reccomend. If you can't provide a genuine business you don't deserve genuine consumers.

Machines are slow. Sometimes fuel reward ALT ID is not accepted. Hope they will fix it.
