Probably the worst Sherwin-Williams store I have ever bought paint from. Did a reorder from a separate store close by on the beach. Didn't realize it was wrong until I dropped it off to my guys. Was told it was wrong, and they looked at the color. Came back today to get the problem fixed. To no avail, I was told that I would need to come back at another time when the store manger was there. I tried to leave the paint, and have the manager call me when she was in, was told she probably wouldnt call me back. Regardless of the mix up I needed 11 more gallons of paint that wasn't in stock. Of the 11 only 1 was available. No help when asked what stores had the paint I needed. Instead of getting my paint fixed I bought another 5 gallons. Since my time is valuable and I don't have time to chase down when people are at work.

I stopped ?at my local Sherman-Williams store to compare colors ? and prices?on some interior paint for a client I prefer Sherman Williams but the client picked the Behr one coat that's what I used, the associate ?♀️that matched by color and gave me a price? along with an application? for a charge account was very informative very helpful so the next time I get to pick where the paint comes from it will be Sherwin-Williams???

Staff was very helpful with picking a product and fulfilling my order quickly. And even though I was that pesky last customer of the day, the employee was inviting and kind. Great place for help on your DIY projects.

Very friendly and helpful service at this Sherwin Williams. Kept saying we needed to stop in to a Sherwin Williams since I've been busy getting painter quotes and wanted to get an idea of the quality of the level of paints as well as the colors for our exterior.There were two employees working and both were immensely helpful breaking down everything. I spoke with the female more and she went in depth with the levels of the paints and also helped us pair some colors for our door color that we wanted to change up. We would keep the same color on our house and just have it repainted.We went home with a few booklets and a handful of swatches and will go on the color snap studio at home and take a pic of our house and plug in the colors we like.Definitely happy with our visit since first time having our home repainted. Will also check out our local location and check out their referred painters they have on display.

I am normally not a person who writes reviews, but I felt the need to this time around. I came into the 66th street store with a gallon of 2 year old stain, which I knew they had stopped making the particular brand I had. The sales associates at first said they would try to match the color of the stain, but could not make any promise it would match the "wild berry" I originally had, but nevertheless would make the effort. They actually went above, and beyond and tracked down possibly the last 3 cans, and had another co-worker come from new port richey bring them to the store. I wanted to give a big thank you, because i can finish my projects in the same tone now. So, many thank yous, and kudos to Nicole and Kevin for making that happen. sincerely.. Jason
