Rashad and Sal were excellent, highly recommend. They went above and beyond and showed they really cared about making the customer happy. They were quick and efficient and very careful with everything. Would definitely hire again.

Sal, Kelvin and James packed us for our move then Sal and Kelvin drove to Tallahassee and unpacked us. They did an amazing job. Treated our items with great care and were very professional. Their positive attitudes also made moving a lot easier! So glad we chose them!!

I can't say enough great praise about our experience with Smart Move. This was not the first time we have used their services but it was by far the most meaningful. About a week before Christmas we moved my aging parents to a home near us to spend more time with them and ensure their safety. This move has been very difficult for my mom, in particular, due to her reluctance to leave the home she has been in for 46+ years. Sal and James were kind, professional and gentle moving their belongings to the new home. They even moved their already decorated Christmas tree with love and patience (sans my comments about looking like the grinch "The Grinch didn't hate Christmas, he hated people" lol)I would recommend Smart Move to anyone need moving or storage services.

Kevin & Landon were absolutely phenomenal!! They were friendly, efficient, & made my big move a lot less stressful. I will be requesting them both for future moves & happy to recommend them & Smart Moves to anyone! Smart Move did exactly what they said they would do without any hidden fees. A great experience all the way around starting with excellent customer support from Hanna!!! 10 out of 10 experience!!

We have used Smart Moves twice and have been very happy with their services. They are very timely, friendly, and took great care of our belongings. Furniture was wrapped nicely and put in storage. Delivery was quick and beds and sofa were set up nicely. Highly recommend!

Smart Move was amazing in moving my mother. Brandon, James, and Rashad were so calm and amazing at packing everything up for her. They made a very stressful situation a breeze! They even went above and beyond to make sure when unloading where we wanted to everything. I am so grateful for them and would wholeheartedly recommend them as movers!

Smart move Moving made our move stress free. The men Rashad and Brandon picked our items up and they both deliver to our new home a week later. Both were professional , trustworthy and very efficient. The best movers we have ever had. I hope Smart move appreciates good workers.

We were when the hurricane took our home. Smart move was professional and quick to help us. They got a unit delivered the same day and helped out price wise. They didn’t gouge us like other companies were doing trying to take advantage of our situation. I would recommend them to anyone. My neighbor just got one too on our recommendation.

AMAZING moving company. Brandon and James are top notch! Wife and I had been stressing about the entire move and these guys and this company were able to help us relax our minds. Sal, James and J were awesome. They wrapped and loaded our home like it was nothing! All 3 men were friendly and worked hard despite such a hot and humid day. I felt bad knowing they had to then take our stuff and reload it into storage. Look forward to having the crew deliver our stuff to our new home in a few months.
