Brayan was more concerned with watching the fight on his phone than serving a customer.Then proceeded to huff and puff clearly because we were bothering him so much.Not like you should have to work when you’re at work.This is the world we live in now.Beyond poor customer service.He reluctantly called customer service to get our issue resolved, but I’m not sure it would have gone this way if Kristi wouldn’t have been working at the store at the same time.She guided him to do his job.Photo shows him on his phone scrolling social media or texting while on with customer service.He ended up being more willing to help toward the end of our transaction, but I’m still posting this review.

Clean inside & outside, which is important to me. Employees were very helpful. I can't believe the service compare to the way I was treated at Metro. Definitely a step up or two above. At Metro it was being push to buy the less desired product. I'm am already pleased with T-Mobile. They got me online and didn't charge the way Metro did. Why did I wait so long? The phone is great, service is not dropping the calls, great service. ???? Sorry I didn't get pics.

Good store and employees but they really need to do something about the door or require closed toe shoes walking in. The edge of the door on the bottom is SUPER sharp, and it caught my toe. If it was a little harder I would have needed stitches- it basically made a flap of skin i had to use a bandaid to stick down. I had to use a paper towel to sop up the blood on my sandal. None the less I am stuck with a painful sore that I now have to work through the next week. They should probably consider fixing the door so it can't hurt anyone, it is UNREASONABLY sharp and poses a Hazzard to anyone walking in. Employees were most certainly made aware of my bloody foot but no first aid supplies atleast at the counter.

T-Mobile was great and they were very helpful I switched to them and had a great experience I got a new iPhone 14 pro max and a Apple Watch for a great price and the service is better than anyone else will definitely be with T-Mobile for a while ??

Mark and Brayan were extremely helpful and helped me troubleshoot and solve my issue with my iPhone in no time. 10/10 recommend!! Ask for one of the 2 and ya can’t go wrong!!

I was lied to about the whole entire contract deal and I was also lied to about customer service about it so I went back to the store to talk to the guy who I originally signed up with he tried to fight me in the store yes as in fist fight. Some manager just changed my plan and made things cheaper that's the only positive thing I can say about it but I shouldn't have been lied to in the first place and they shouldn't be trying to start fistfights.

Called in looking for a specific employee that always handled my account at a previous location and was told that she was really busy on the phone and if she could call me back. I stopped by the location to find out that she is off until Weds. This sort of customer service reminds just really annoys me. Asked some questions but I guess they did not really want to help since I asked for that specific employee. Will definitely not come back here unless is the last T-Mobile store in the county.

Absolute outstanding customer service! I was so upset when I walked in, Derek greeted me and calmed me down because I was so irate. He went thru every option and helped me understand what the next steps were. The staff was very friendly, i don't expect to visit any store but this one! Definitely recommending! Thank you so much!

I had a pretty disappointing experience with a male store agent today around 10:45am. I arrived to pick up an order for a galaxy watch series 5. He was preoccupied with another customer who had issues with her google pixel 7a not being able to send messages to Apple users. The agent had the bag on the table, but made no indication that our interaction was over. So I just stood the for several minutes awkwardly awaiting some sort of acknowledgment. He eventually said "you're good." Not "congratulations on your new device," or "would you like assistance in setting up your new watch?" Or "thank you for being the best part of tmobile, have a great say!"It was a very cold, awkward interaction and I think that needs to be addressed with this agent.EDIT: Well, it's June 12th and I haven't received a response from you. Was offering me to email you to rectify the situation a false pleasantry?
