This was a beautiful venue and a beautiful night with friends and family that traveled from all around the United States. As the bride, I worked with this venue for a little over a year to Make sure everything went accordingly. Over this year I worked with three different people due to the fact of employees leaving that should’ve been a red flag to me. However, we had already did our down payment and put so much time and effort into this venue. The biggest thing I would suggest if you plan on working with this venue is to get everything in writing ESPECIALLY IN THE CONTRACT hire a lawyer and make sure it’s what you want addendums are highly recommended.Example: we rented the open bar from 7 to 11 originally but then when we started going over budget, they told me we could do it from 7 to 10 with 10 PM being the last call which means people would get their drinks and could drink till about 1030 1045 but everyone had to be off the premises by 11 however we were getting kicked out by 10:10/10:15 when people were still getting their drinks. Super confused the night of MY WEDDING and when I brought awareness to this, she said your contract says till 10 no matter what her employee said was possible. It wasn’t in the contract. Apparently, their employees words mean nothing which is unfortunate. (Probably why they have high turnover)A few other example that the manger says are “untrue” when she wasn’t present and we have 130 guest eye witnesses….-Sound vendor they hired showed up didn’t test sound left speaker was partially blown in sound had to be messed with by my husband. And could only play music to a certain volume because of the blown speaker.-They were in charge of staffing the bar according to the guest count that we had they had two bartenders. However, the bar was backed up the entire night, and the response was” If we knew your guest were such heavy drinkers, we would’ve staffed one more but normally we have two and things are fine”.-set up was behind schedule with vendors they hired.-they charged a furniture moving fee when I as the bride moved 99% of the furniture since the staff they had were not present arriving late.

We had a party here. Wish I could give zero stars We should have backed out after our first coordinator quit. They lost the contract. The new contract had higher prices and offered less. The new coordinator did not know any about pulling together a party. The day of the party let’s list a few details: party was to start at 7:00. Furniture wasn’t arranged so we had to do it at 6:00. The sound hook up person showed up and left without a sound check so the groom spent 2 hours trying to trouble shoot as guests were arriving. One of two of the bartenders “kinda” knew what she was doing but was very slow. ( I was a bartender..) 2nd bartender had to keep asking the slow bartender questions like what goes in a 7 & 7. Couldn’t hand more than one drink at a time. We rented the facility until 11 with the understanding bar closes at 10’and people would start leaving. We would be out by 11. At 10:05 there staff is running around yelling that everyone needs to leave NOW. That was so embarrassing. Upon cleanup they said anything beyond cups and small plates they weren’t cleaning up. They wouldn’t throw away any empty boxes from desserts we were allowed to bring in, any papers or left over throw away small trinkets that they were just throwing in the ground bc they wanted to fold up their tables. Hence expecting us to crawl on the ground in our formal clothes to pick up the items. This was only a few details that were very unprofessional. We have owned businesses for over 40 years with banquet and food being a few. We wouldn’t have ever have done this to our clients. Yes we tried to go over these issue after the party but everything was put back in our face. You may contact me with further questions and I will be happy to give you my opinion. We just want to save you the aggregation we experienced for the past year in planning what was suppose to be a joyful celebration.

First floor is an Asian restaurant. The second floor is a coffee bar. The other floors you rent out office tables or space. You can even rent out a floor in the evening for an event such as a wedding. Has two outside decks. All in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg.

Great space to work! Nice open floor to take calls and work, a quiet floor upstairs, and a great coffee shop downstairs to take a break and even get some work done. Nice spot downtown too, overall cool vibe.
