My wife and I opened an account and were supposed to receive a 100 marketing promotion. Never saw it and went back to follow up and was told it would be 25 because only one promotion can be applied. What?????

Just opened a new account with Leira Costero. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful she was, how helpful and informative. Not to mention she loves Legos so score for me! She was super funny, friendly, attentive and answered all my questions with a smile. I’ll be back in 2 days to register my sons for accounts, simply because Leira is so wonderful and I know we will be taken care of. Thank you Leira for being awesome!

***ATTENTION***I visited this establishment a while ago to finalize the sale of a boat, and I must admit, my interaction with the banker/manager named Alexa left much to be desired. She consistently exhibited a rude and negative demeanor during both of my visits. However, what particularly troubled me was an incident during one of these visits when I needed to withdraw a substantial sum of cash.Rather than handling this transaction discreetly, Alexa openly inquired about the withdrawal amount in a manner that was audible to everyone present in the bank. This situation made me extremely uncomfortable, as it seemed as though everyone in the vicinity was privy to the details of my financial transaction. Recognizing the potential security risk, I asked Alexa if she or another staff member could accompany me to my car. Unfortunately, she initially declined, assuring me there was no cause for concern. Persistent, I reminded her that the entire branch was now aware of the amount I had withdrawn. After some back-and-forth, she eventually agreed to monitor my departure from the doorway.This entire experience left me profoundly dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. I have no intentions of conducting any further banking with this institution. It is evident that Alexa would benefit from significant customer service training. Additionally, it is advisable that the bank cease the practice of openly discussing customers' withdrawal amounts to foster an environment that is more respectful and security-conscious.

Christina Marino is awesome! Every time I come to her, no matter how difficult my request is, she is always available and willing to solve any issues. Christina always handles the requests extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am a very happy Suncoast Credit Union member!

It’s only been 2 weeks, pretty disappointing. The initial setup was great. Friendly staff at the physical bank in St Pete. Moved a bit of currency through without an issue however when it came to depositing a check via the mobile app the funds were held from my account though it had already been days since the funds were removed from the account of the check writer. This is unlawful.Poor corporate hustle. They’d get much more by providing consecutive great service.

Gordon Roho was amazing! My husband Andrew and I was applying for a home equity line of credit. And we needed a letter stating the missed happening we had with a payment. He was very friendly and understanding of what our bank was requesting and was great. Would highly recommend him and Suncoast.

If this is their closest branch to you, and your work hours make it hard to get here when the inside is open, don't choose Suncoast.If you work service industry and need to make a cash deposit after a shift, good luck!The ATM is ALWAYS broken. You'll be driving an extra 30min round trip just so you can pay your bills -_-

This ATM is always broken. I’ve come by like twice a week for the last month and it has been functional 0% of the time. Great bank, don’t recommend this location though
