This is the only Truist location I will go to from now on. I have been to several other locations where the staff was unhelpful. What I had been trying to do for 3 years with an account, Derek, was able to solve in a hour. He is an asset to Truist and should train the other branchesm

Wow! Called to help me sort through a heck of a mess with my paid off car loan from Truist a couple years ago and Derek was absolutely incredible! He was more than willing to help despite it being totally unrelated to him and walked me through all he could possibly do on his end. Absolutely amazing service!
