Jeffrey just gave me an amazing massage! Super cool dude. Very friendly and comfortable to chat with. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about healing and other humans. I have already recommended him to all of my friends. The space is very relaxing and clean. Easy parking.

This place is awful. Go elsewhere. Took me months to get an appt. They cancelled and never returned my calls or emails. Just showed up and no one is answering my knocks or calls or voicemails. So rude and unprofessional! What a waste of time. So many better places in town

This is still my favorite studio. If you want authentic yoga, this is the place. Jeffrey teaches in the Shivananda style. It is an inviting, intimate setting, not some factory yoga studio. If you want the real deal, this is it!

I have left multiple voicemails and tried to book a massage for the past month and STILL have not heard back. Im trying to trade in my voucher because if its this hard to book an appointment I can't imagine what the massage would be like. Just reading these reviews are scary.

Let me just say that I like to try massage places on groupon to see if I want the place to be my regular place to get one (so far no one beats George at Signature Massage in Tampa). My last 2 appointments at Surya have been canceled. I'm not sure how his yoga side is doing but massage-wise .

If you want more customers and better rating, consider changing your communication strategy. For a business that's in it to de-stress, just trying to set up an appointment was a headache.

Watch out, I'm new to this area, I tried to purchase a package from this studio, they have a google voice number and refuse to answer phone calls.

I had the worst and most painful massage with Jeffrey Navarre. He was unpleasant and made the whole experience awkward.

This is an amazing studio that practices the traditional style of sivananda yoga. It's my favorite yoga class I go to all week! Which is 1 of 4! I have recently joined their teacher training program and I'm completely Satisfied with my decision based off the knowledge I'm receiving. Thank you Jeff!

Really enjoyed both Arjuna's class last Monday and Curtis's on Wednesday evening... Like others can't say enough about how you are so warmly welcomed into the class. The energy and passion is contagious once inside.

I always had trouble keeping up with yoga classes at other studios and then i saw through facebook that surya namaskar offer a two week beginners courses for yoga and it sounded perfect for me. Well in that short time i learned more about yoga then in all of my yoga classes combined. I learned all about what yoga is all about, I had no Idea I was not breathing properly! It really changed my whole outlook on yoga and gave me a whole new appreciation to it. I'm thinking of taking their Teacher Training Course next year. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about yoga.

I've been coming to Surya Namaskar for years. I feel they have remained true to the original ideal of Yoga - creating a balance between body, mind and spirit which is what I certainly need. I find it a warm and accepting oasis in the heart of St. Pete, not to mention all the workshops, on health, spirituality, nutrition with amazing instructors. So glad you are all there.!

Iv'e been to plenty Yoga & Tai Chi studios around and in St Pete and this is the only one I saw with an actual connection to real authentic Yoga and Tai Chi. They teach yoga that is based in Shivananda Yoga with all aspects of true Yoga including breathing techniques philosopey and untampered yoga asanas. One day I came and there was an actual real life Swami Teaching about Yoga! sadly that is very rare these days. The only place that shows Yoga and Tai Chi in there full and authentic form besides master Wong Kiew Kit and the Sivananda Organization.
