Today, I accompanied someone to this bank in order for them to cash checks.I mean to be as respectful as possible, but this was one of the worst experiences I jave had, especially compared to the last visit we had when a wonderful gentleman named Vinny helped us.Shout out Vinny for being an outstanding employee and for doing your job in a diligent and tomely manner for us, while being highly respectfula nd accommodating!! Thank you Vin.Now, employees and/or managers, whoever they were, named Lori and Danielle were exceptionally rude and condescending, unable to even come get a client, which was myself, locked out of their bank to use a restroom and used the excuse of being short staffed as and actually having HEARD the doorbell when I rang it to just stand out there and have no one ever come get me. I had to call the person I was with to let me back in. Really??? I worked for Hertz peak season and short staffed, and somehow we still kept thousands of customers and vehicles in order...Then when I asked when no one cane to get me when I did what I was told in order to use the restroom, I was told that even though they DID hear it, they didn't come still cuz they are "short staffed". I was then told I by Lori that I could have just walked outside and came back in through the front after no one came to get me... when ALL of us heard the doorbell... all the while giving the person I'm with a hard time whime trying to cash very important funds and asking question that were a complete violation pf privacy.Completely unacceptable and RUDE.Lori said she was going to have a talk with Vin... for what? Doing his job without being a "Karen"??? Lori, talk to yourself and talk to Danielle, you BOTH need loads of training on customer service.If 0 stars was a thing, that's what I would have put.

We couldn't be happier after making the switch to Synovus after very disappointing experiences with Achieva Credit Union. Our banker, Jan, worked with us to make the transition as smooth as possible for both our business and our personal banking! She went above and beyond in helping us re-finance some personal and business loans at much lower rates. Highly recommend.

I bank here weekly and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The tellers are kind and they take their time to answer my questions. I genuinely love banking here, so much so that I never use the drive thru, I always go into the bank to chat with the tellers.

I was so disappointed last Friday when I visited this location I was treated so bad I nearly left in tears. I have visited this bank several times in the past and I received excellent customer service. I cash my pay check here frequently and I also make deposits for my employer this is a small branch so the tellers are familiar with me. Well last Friday for some reason I was questioned about the cashing of my pay check and treated like a criminal I was held at the bank for nearly a 1/2 hour talk down to and told when I questioned this unusual behavior that I was not making the situation easy on myself like I had done something wrong after the owner of the company was contacted and of course verified my check was not stolen because why would he employ an office who is a their the teller continued to be argumentative and harass me by the way this was not a check of unusual amount I have cashed larger checks in the past with no question. Was it because I was dress down on this day I'm not sure but I feel I was mistreated for no reason I will visit this location again because it is part of my job and my employer does not offer direct deposit but shame on them for the nasty behavior I encountered

DO NOT BANK HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Awful customer service. I went to cash a check that said " payable through synovous bank" and they treated me like I was trying to rob the bank. I had to go back 2 times to cash one check. The idiot manager kept repeating the same excuse like a broken record.
