I use this bank because of the ATM that accepts cash......its never working in the morning and when you show up at opening no one is there when they are supposed to be open....very dissatisfied, Not the most convenient bank as they say they are!

Can’t give it zero stars. I called in to validate one of their cashiers check that was given to me by a client. The rep was clueless and kept repeating that they can’t do that. Called the Tampa Dale Mabry location and it was validated in less than 2 minutes. Re-training is in order.

I am a business owner and I use TD bank for 6 of my businesses , today I decided to visit this branch in st petersburgh, and I just had the worst experience, as soon as I came in the lady named barb met me and asked why I am in , I told her I need to do a wire transfer the time was 12.10 pm ,she said it is going to take sometimes and u know we close at 1 pm . I felt offended but I bit the bullet , then later on she left the people that she was attending and came to me saying that u know the wire won’t leave til Monday even if I do it todayI said I know that , I am trying to save myself a trip to the bank on monday , then she repeated that we close at 1.00 pm today , in an obvious reference that she will not serve me bcoz she wants to leave at 1.00 pm this lady was very unprofessional very rude , not customer service oriented , so then I yelled at her saying that I own 6 business accounts with TD bank and what she is doing is very unprofessional and rude and instead of her apologizing she just left and went back to her customers , bcoz she said she is in the middle of opening a new account and it is going to take like 45 minI am writing my experience publicly so her manager or his manager will really care about their customer being rushed out of the bankI felt offended , degraded, and I felt she just wanted me to leave , bcoz she had no interests in serving my needs

I have banked with this branch for many years prior to it becoming a TD Bank. The staff is wonderful and considerate. They welcome you when you arrive and are happy to assist with your questions and concerns. This branch goes far and above for you.

This bank should not be affiliated with TD bank corporate. The manager makes up her own rules and does not apply the rules that corporate is allowing or advises, which makes for a very frustrating experience. I am a new business owner and I have been given the pure runaround. Corporate CS has been amazing. This branch manager however, makes an abundance of rules that fit how much work she wants her and her staff to do. However, I am affiliated with another business that has an account with TD Bank so I already knew she was advising incorrectly and it appears she was doing it knowingly. I am going to finish this current transaction out with them and then I am done with this branch. I would say NO to this branch, not necessarily TD Bank.

I called TD Bank to reset my online password for Small Business Banking. I spoke with Customer Service rep Levi. He was rude and unprofessional. If I am calling to reset my password that means I am trying to look at my account and I don’t have the information in front of me. He verify his Social Security he verified last deposit and he wanted me to verify any reoccurring payments which I didn’t have and he refused to give me any information or reset my password. After waiting on hold for one hour a d three minutes . He didn’t ask me my date of birth my address or any other information that would have verified me. which I gave him the correct information but he was rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he refused . I asked him for his first and last name he refused to give it to me. He stated I am Levi in the Greenwood service center. I am truly disappointed in the customer service that I received from TD bank. Ridiculous.

I have banked at td bank for years. Only been here a few times at this location. They Never have money. It's a bank. Candice is a rude little girl. Needs to learn manners and how she speaks is down grading. You lack class.Will never come to this basement location again!!!!

Everytime i come in one of these banks you all have different rules. Manager telling me i cant cash a check because of the amount not in my account but i just did it not even 30 days ago with the same teller. Can you all be consiatant once!!!! Check with Geico...cant tell me you dont know them. Out of a car a month chasing. Now i cant get assistance with whom i bank with.
