Fantastic experience. Equipment was available when processing same-day reservation, very clean and well maintained. Location was easy to find and readily accessible. Associate was friendly, thorough and very detailed. Would highly recommend for short term or long-term rentals.

I do not recommend this location. The guy who works there is incredibly rude. I was late for my scheduled 9am pickup and got a phone call. The guy on the phone was nice, and switched my pickup to later in the day. When I got there, the guy at the store would not help check me in. He was furious that I was late for my 9am appointment because it meant someone had to be at the store at 9am. It's a convenience store, so I don't understand why it was a huge issue, but I apologized. This was unacceptable to him, he kept being extremely rude, so I left.The U-Gaul at the Jet Ski rental in Haines is much more pleasant, by the way.

Terrible. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! My truck gears were broken we called customer services and him numerous times . And it had us late to my events. Then he charged me a 20 dollars fee for nothing.

Worst customer service ever. I scheduled a pickup for 330 on a Sat, and I happened to get there earlier. I interrupted the counter person lunch at 245, I even offered to wait tol he finished. He was rude right after that for the entire time. Don't know if he is the owner, but real bad attitude. I don't think I heard one thank you. Im providing business for him and he made it seem like he was doing me a favor. Nothing positive. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience at this location! It literally took about 30 minutes for the front desk guy to process my order and give me the keys to the truck. When we returned the truck, it was extremely clean inside the cab and back of the truck. But they still charged me a $15 + tax cleaning fee. When I called and talked to the same front desk guy about the charge, he "conveniently" couldn't pull up my name or contract number in their system and even asked me if I was sure I picked up the truck at that location. He told me he couldn't help me and that I had to call their 1-800 customer service number. I called that number and there was a 40 minute wait time so I emailed them instead, told them the problem and asked them for a $15 + tax refund. Funny how that was never spelled out anywhere on your website nor was it communicated to me by the CSR when I picked up the Uhaul. To charge $15 + tax to "clean" literally a speck or two of pet fur is pure greed. If that's what your company needs to do to stay in business, more power to you. What's interesting about this charge is that I've used UHaul numerous times in the past and have never been charged a cleaning fee upon return. I know $15 isn't a lot of money, but it's the principle of the matter and that's what I stand for. #principle" Just another example of bad business practices by a $4.54+ billion company. To add insult to injury, I tried 2x to post this same review on U-Haul's website and received this error message: There was an error processing your request Something went wrong on our end. We've made a log of what happened, and will fix the issue as soon as possible. Please try again in a few minutes. How "convenient." I bet if I posted a 4 or 5-star review, there wouldn't be an error message.

Lazy unprofessional employee acted like he did not want to wait on any customers not typical uhaul many selections of you can get waited on no one in line just guy hates his job and it’s apparent

Vehicle was clean and efficient. The rental was quick and easy. The return process was even quicker. Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this location again!
