Olivia at UPS was absolutely fantastic! She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. The UPS store at 200 South in the St Pete downtown are by far the BEST of the BEST; always smiling, always willing to help and assist with anything that you bring to them. Everyone of this great team is amazing … and our dog Pickles absolutely loves visits them for their treats!

It’s Friday, but it’s been a hectic week. Olivia helped me out tremendously with my 10+ packages returning to Amazon and other packages that had to go out for my business Amber Nicole interiors as long as MVP concierge as well. Extremely busy she always takes care of me makes me a priority, Olivia rocks and everybody else here at this location is very courteous prompt and on time the store is efficient runs efficiently and I’m super happy to have them nearby. I always have a pleasant experience here at the UPS store downtown. Olivia takes care of me with all of my packaging for Amber Nicole interior design. I have tons of Amazon and shipping all over and she takes care of me. She rocks everybody here at the store is exceptional when it comes to customer service they get me in and out And they’re a great asset to Downtown right here on second. Great UPS store. I go there all the time. In addition to normal service, they have a self-service area for Amazon Return Center where you can package and print labels without having to wait in line. There is plenty of parking with 2 free and others for cheap. Clean and great A/C. Lots of helpful staff.
