It’s really unfortunate that they refuse to accept accountability for their actions at this location, but that has unfortunately become the average customer service experience these days. I have been to this location multiple times for Amazon returns, as well as another location in Tampa Bay. All refunds show up on my Amazon account by the time I get to my car with the exception of the ones processed by one particular employee at this location. When one employee at this location processes my Amazon returns there is always a delay. One time it took Amazon almost a week to locate the retuned item and the QR code showed it had never been received. I tried talking to them about it politely and the employees banded together to argue with me and refused all accountability for their actions. That’s your typical customer service these days: people who are not accountable for anything that they are paid to do. Too bad that the UPS Store in such an excellent neighborhood is so very typical and bad. No responsibility whatsoever. And when the manager asks the employees about this they’ll just label me b—-h and a Karen and refuse responsibility because that’s just how the younger generation is today.

Tony and his team at the store were extremely helpful in getting some family heirlooms crated and shipped freight from Florida to Iowa. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

The girls (guys)at this location go above & beyond to be certain your package(s) are cared for in the best possible way. I had a piece of healthcare equipment that I needed sent “Fragile”. She assured me she would wrap it in bubble wrap, etc. And… she did so in the most efficient manner!! We are so grateful for how amazing you all are. We do not take any packages anywhere else!!!!

I have gone to many UPS stores over the years and since moving to my new neighborhood and frequenting this location, I had no idea what a pleasant experience it could be!!! The entire staff is EXTREMELY efficient and friendly! The store is SPARKLING clean and well organized! It is a COMPLETELY different experience than any other store I’ve been to - it’s greatly appreciated!!!

Tony helped me today with several Amazon returns. Using the UPS Store drop off option to return items to Amazon is convenient and easy! You don't have to repackage or label your returns, UPS does it all politely and quickly! Store 6886 is the only location I use. The staff is consistently amazing!

Greetings,I’ve been to the store on several occasions. Just recently one of your associates (female) I’ll spare her the embarrassment and leave her name out. She was assisting me with a package and asked me to provide some additional information BUT it was her demeanor and tone . She came across as RUDE and didn’t have the decency to request for the information by being polite and saying PLEASE. While I left the store the other associate whom I’m very familiar with JORDAN had this “smirk” on his face ….lets just say none verbal communication because I’m BLACK but I picked up on it.In regards to JORDAN in the past he has made comments on the products that I was returning to Amazon. He seemed BEWILDERED that a woman of colour is returning ORGANIC PRODUCTS. I mean in the United States African Americans are impoverished that’s the CAUCASIAN NEGATIVE PERCEPTION & MINDSET Your associates need to treat all of your customers the same with not only RESPECT but DIGNITY despite of race and nationality.The United States is known worldwide for discrimination against people of colour. If this inhumane ordeal occurs a second time around I’ll unfortunately have to CONFRONT your associates right there and then while the incident occurs.Just thought I’d spare a few minutes and disclose the above so the behavior from your associates can be handled appropriately to avoid any future and public CONFRONTATIONS.Thank you for your time.
