I have been coming to this location about 20 years now? And I’ve moved south to Manatee County yet consider this my personal post office due to the consistently friendly and helpful staff.
This past visit I dropped off close to 50 pounds of materials to shred and the two ladies on duty had no problem unloading my car without me having to ask. Gina is great at creating the friendly atmosphere as she knows many customers by name, and always keeps things moving, jumping in wherever needed.

Very helpful!!! The two ladies who helped me today around 1 p.m. were excellent! I brought in a defective office chair that I was returning. I couldn't pack everything into the box due to the center cylinder on the base that holds the seat in. They were able to knock this piece out in one try after I had tried multiple times. They also unpacked the box so everything fit and was able to be returned. Thank you both for your help today!!!

So I want to first start off by saying that these people went very well above and beyond the 2 that helped me were super u see standing and patient they help me through all this mess I had lol I had a huge mess of returnees I need to do for work and there help me organize and get everything take care of the owner even step in and help and was sweet as all get out if your local and need some true assistance this is the ups store to go to their friendly and super kind people and the whole store seems to be well ran and I can say from my experience as customer service manager that this is a store manager and owner that know what their doing

Simply the BEST!! I have been coming to this UPS store for as long as it's been open, and I've always had a great experience. But I have to say....Trey and Gina completely outdid themselves this time!! I had to send a piece of art to a gallery within a specific window of time, and spoke with Trey on the phone to get some more information on how to go about doing so. When things got a little complicated, Trey took my info and said he would speak to his boss, Gina, to get some clarification. Gina called me back within 10 minutes (from her own phone, as she hadn't even arrived at the store yet!) and proceeded to spend almost 20 minutes trying to problem solve the shipment with me!! After I sent her some more information, she called me back when she got to the store, and spent another 10 minutes reviewing the options with me and discussing the pros and cons of each. The amount of care, concern, and professionalism that both Trey and Gina displayed was such a breath of fresh air. They are a small business, focusing on being a community-centered, neighborhood-supporting organization. As such, they have, and always will have my business! In fact, since they’re so reliable (& this shipment is important to me) I’m making the trip over to them from my temporary housing in Tampa (my house was flooded in Helene)!
UPDATE: I received an automated email from UPS stating that they were unable to deliver my artwork because the gallery was closed, and they would redeliver on Monday (which would have been too late for the art show). I contacted Gina Farnsworth, (the owner of the UPS at Northeast Shopping Center, as she helped me mail the package) to see if she had any suggestions re: what to do. Gina immediately sprung into action, and contacted Crystal at the Clearwater UPS facility/hub. Crystal contacted the NY UPS facility and they in turn reached the driver, who agreed to circle back to the gallery that same afternoon and drop off my package (he also had 13 other art pieces that were destined for the same gallery that he had been unable to deliver!) Many many thanks to both Gina and Crystal for going several extra miles for this delivery!! I (and 13 unknown other artists) am deeply grateful to you both!!!

I had an exceptional experience with this UPS Store, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the manager, Gina. I had tried shipping a package internationally that ultimately did not get delivered, so Gina went above and beyond to assist me in getting it returned to me. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and dedicated to resolving the issue. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Gina not only helped track down the package but shared the details of the search with me. I'm extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend this UPS Store for their excellent service. Thank you, Gina, for making a stressful situation so much easier!
