The owner of this store, Gina is AMAZING !!! I am a total stranger to her but she went so far over and above any standard "Customer Service" person would or could do to help me with a missing / lost package! I cannot thank her enough, I'm from another state and do not regularly frequent or use her store but when my shipment went missing she did every single thing possible that she could do to help me. Please do yourself a favor and use this store you will not be sorry. Also if you do stop in tell Gina that Rick in Chicago with the Guitar said THANK YOU !

This is my go to place to ship things! The owner Gina is very kind and patient. I was in quite a rush that day to ship my package out and it was very efficient. Very friendly work environment would recommend!

I had a question about a return that began at this store 24 hours ago. I stopped in to ask a few questions. Two of the clerks were unable to clearly answer my question.All at once, the owner, GINA, appeared from the back. She apparently had been listening. I repeated my question about my return not being credited.She was off-putting, curt, and rude.Then she told me to NOT use Amazon, to shop local, if I didn’t want to have to do these returns.I’m sure Amazon won’t be very pleased to hear that one of their UPS centers is discouraging using their platform.There are many UPS stores to choose from. DON’T choose this one.

Brought in a PC to ship and I was told they couldn't do it. I was told I had to call before to see if they could pack and ship it, which makes no sense since that's literally what UPS store is supposed to do. Unbelievable

They quoted $68 to ship a boxed cookie jar to MA.. No thanks. Took the same package to USPS and got 3-5 day ground delivery for $22.

They charged me for peanuts. Peanuts! Never been charged for a handful of peanuts before. I've sent hundreds of packages. I will avoid this UPS store in the future. Charging for probably 25 peanuts, insane.

I didn’t believe the reviews when I saw the low reviews for a UPS store of all places, but this UPS store is managed so poorly. So poor that I don’t usually leave reviews, much less bad ones, but I feel compelled to warn others. The other UPS stores in town are managed a lot better which makes this location easy to avoid.

This UPS store is my go-to for mailing things and doing amazon returns. I've been going here for years. The employees are always friendly, and the service is very prompt. Even when there is a line, I am able to get in and out quickly. Never had any issues at this location ◡̈
