Since ups removed the Dropbox from our business complex I have used this location as a drop off. Tonight they literally locked me out @ 6:29. I had an overnight package for Hawaii. They smirked and seemed to enjoy my misery. Hello FEDEX

This is a nice ups store because I feel like this store takes time to take care of you and rarely makes any mistakes like other stores. Stephen did a fantastic job helping me correct everything with a tracking number, and he also made sure to check every box must be scanned before I leave

The service here was terrible. Carry was very rude to me. She decided to attend everyone behind me instead of me. And decided to play with a dog instead of helping me and other customers. On the other hand Clay was very nice and helped us straightaway .

Don't drop off your package here! I have two packages that I dropped off here, huge heavy boxes, impossible to get lost, after I dropped it off and no update after that, of course the package turns out to be lost, bought $2500 insurance on the package, so i went thru claim, they are only give me $1000, they said it's because I didn't have the package picked up by a ups driver. That's why i am not getting what my package was worth. Who the f would know that! So be careful! If your package worth more than $1000 and you bought insurance, have a driver pickup instead of drop off at store.

Trying to do a good deed I offered to drop several return items to UPS for someone. Demonstrating amazing patience, Clay waited while I matched up the labels with the items. Then an hour later, when I realized I got 2 labels wrong, Clay found the packages and relabeled them for me. Thank you Clay, you are an impressive young man.

I had to return an Amazon package that specifically stated I needed to repackage it myself. I’ve never had to do this before, so I was a little overwhelmed while walking into this store. I had also read some of the negative reviews, as I usually do when selecting a place of service, which made me a little hesitant but it was the closest UPS store to me so I gave it a try anyway. I was welcomed by Shy with a big smile and a hello. She then walked me through the process, showed me how simple it was and really made me feel at ease. Though I do love her name, it is not fitting at all. She was very personable, helpful, patient and friendly; anything but “shy”. She deserves 5 stars!

I went to drop off my Amazon returns and had two issues with it, #1 my printer messed up the label due to the black ink running low, #2 issue was that my return QR code was for a While Foods store - which is not even open in St Pete yet. Amari provided exceptional customer service by correcting these issues. I appreciate the time it took her to help me out and save me another trip for these returns. Something similar has happened to me earlier in the week at another store where they basically told me to fix the issue myself and come back.Amari deserves proper recognition for representing UPS so well. She shines in the customer service area! Thank you tamari.

I have had various clerks wait on me in this store. All have been friendly and helpful. At times, they are swamped, but they keep smiling and working as fast as possible to serve us all. This last time I was helped by Kerri who helped make a complicated request simple.

So I went into this Ups store to do some returns the other day. I have never done this before. The lady named Shy helped me. I had to print the lable and get a bag. She explained why and helped me. It went really quick and smooth. Thanks for the help.

Booked an appointment online to get something notarized. Showed up and apparently they were unable to have someone as my witness because a staff member didn’t show up. I understand this and I would have just had someone come to do it for me but the staff member (Lisa I believe) was incredibly rude. Instead of just explaining the situation she spoke to me like I was an idiot and like I was annoying her by being there. I ended up just walking out and going to a different store because she was so rude. Will avoid this place at all costs.
