My husband came into this location and paid $190 to have a small box of T-shirts overnighted to me for a work event. The box had a flammable label on it that I knew needed to be covered. A worker at the UPS store told my husband that was not a problem and he would mark over it for us.
My package never got delivered to my work event. We thought it was lost. Days later we got a call telling us to come back to this stores location to pick up my package. It was never sent out because the worker simply lightly x’d over the label with a fine pen.
Annoying, but fine. Things happen that’s understandable.
However, when we went back to get my package, the store manager refused to refund my $190 because it would effect his stores “bottom line” and told us to take it up with a customer service claim. He REFUSED to refund me for a service that was never completed due to his employees and stores incompetence.
This is by far the most unreasonable customer service experience I have ever experienced.
Since this experience I have discovered that USPS is about half of the cost to overnight a package! I strongly recommend using them instead!!
