Made a special trip to that Post Office even with the poor rating.Arrived Saturday morning to ship 2 small boxes and needed 10 inches of tape to close the box and was denied, telling me that I needed to buy a roll!!!Went back home with my packages frustrated but happy to know I will never go back to that Post Office.Service 0Friendly 0

Just left here and I will say ill never be back and will be using other services other than post office to get my mail out.I sent a package out and paid for insurance and 3 day shipping.. 5 days later package hasn't arrived, I can see on tracking they are sending it all over the place, out for delivery and back to the post office etc so I file a claim and get in touch with mine and the arrival post office for them to say it will be rerouted and delivered in a few days, so I waited and now it says delivered and it was never delivered and when I got to the post office this morning to say all of this the women said I won't be getting a refund spite my insurance and also that she does not have any info for me or contact numbers I can talk with the place of possible delivery post offices. Its no surprise amazon and other carriers are doing so well because with customer service like this, no one wants to use them.

This post office now locks it's outside doors at 8pm!! There are only two post offices on the south side that have a self service kiosk and this one is closest to the highway and my home. I had to mail some items tonight on the way home from work and had to drive on the other side of town to the other post office to get my packages labels printed and mailed off. I have been using po boxes for 30+ years and if I went tonight to check my mail to find the door locked I would have closed my box the next day to open another box that allows me 24/7 access!

Website says I can access P.O. Boxes 24/7. Sign on door is reduced hours. However the access is supported be afforded until 3:00 Sunday, but at 2:30 every door was locked. I cannot even tell if I can access my P.O. Box on Monday since it’s a holiday. Poor service!!!

Always fast and professional! There are also many other services here such as mailing packages with help from the front desk clerks and post office boxes for mail collection!

I share this only out of frustration because I have every bit of empathy for the homeless, but I frequent this PO once or twice a week and I cannot get in or out of there without being literally chased down and panhandled for money. Management needs to get this under control.

The staff is great, however when you walk in the door the smell of mold is overwhelming. I don’t understand how these employees can work in these awful conditions.

Happy they are open late but only go if you’re desperate… long lines because so many people get off at 5 but clearly not staffed for it.

I came in to drop off a package to be mailed, and told the associate (a blonde woman) before we even started, that I wasn’t sure how to properly repackage it and send it off. She sealed it up in the bag it came in, but afterward I realized she didn’t include the return slip that I had handed her.When I told her we may need to reopen the package, she sarcastically said “that’s why you need to be prepared when you come in.” I then told her “I came in to receive instruction on how to mail this.” To which she replied “Well you were able to figure that part out.”So I didn’t appreciate her rudeness, especially when I gave her everything in advance before she packaged it up the first time.
