When I arrived at the USPS location just before closing time with an urgent package to send off, I was fortunate to be assisted by Bruce, an employee whose helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Bruce was not only quick and efficient in handling my package, but he was also incredibly friendly throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I was completely informed and comfortable with the shipping process. Luckily, I was able to ship my package right on time without any hassle. It’s not often that I get good experiences at shipment centers.

Great people! but is it that hard to get some more priority mail cardboard boxes? I guess I can bring my own box but what’s the point of having them there if never stocked.

USPS , all I have to say they should close all post offices and let the private sector handle it.I can’t just believe their still exist with that sort of customer service, horrible customer service,prices please is like double what you would pay somewhere else , and God forbid you ask for something like little tape , or a sticker oh no no , you have to pay for everything.?

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my missing item case.I find it disappointing that despite my initial search request on 10/18/2023, the missing item(s) cannot be located due to insufficient information. I understand the challenges of such situations, but it is essential that I voice my concerns about the process.Matt comfort who is the manager was absolutely no help at all. No one knows how to run anything correctly there. This is why you should not mail in vote. They lose your mail!I kindly request a reassessment of my case and hope that additional relevant information can be added to help identify my missing item(s). I can provide details about the packaging, item(s) inside the package, and labeling, as suggested in your email. I believe this additional information will aid in the resolution of my case.

I shipped a package from US to London and it was never delivered. They have no access to any sort helpful information and are telling me to file a claim. I got to their website to file the claim which says it cannot be submitted because of database issues. Now I’m back at the post office waiting for a supervisor to show up to work and going on about 30 mins. Absolute disintegration of infrastructure and customer care.

This post office stole my packages from my PO BOX! When I confronted them at the front desk, they wanted to act like they didn't know what happened to them. One package from Amazon and another package was from my job!

Beware, I got scammed thru a llc creating scheme. Basically they list this address as a return address, specifically locker #47249, and what they do is when you register an LLC they go search the public information and gather your address and everything on there, send you a very formal letter with a Qr code to pay online, or a envelop with this address and locker said before.

Hello, I 100% recommend this very organized post office. The staff is highly trained, everyone is in a very good mood. But I want to mention a man who took care of me and despite the fact that I do not speak English well, he did not hesitate to help me and make me very satisfied with his work. He is a very human person. affable Helpful, he shows a lot of vocation for his work. His name is Sounthone. Thank you for doing your job. as well . ? you are a great person and you have a gift of helping. awesome. I congratulate you, I hope there are more people who dedicate themselves to treating the public and do it that way.

this location has terrible service. The self serve parcel bin pull down drawer is always off track and is hard to open and close. The bin at end of day is always full and you can't put any more in there. Even though you can hear people talking right behind there, no one thinks to move the full bin out of the way and put an empty one there. Yesterday I asked the man emptying the parking lot box, if I could put a slightly larger box in his cart, he emphatically said no without even looking at me. Honestly, he could have taken it and thrown it in the bin where the broken self service parcel bin is. These are some of rudest clerks ever. Whatever happen to " I'd be happy to do that for you, if that is within my ability", that seems out of reach here. I think these people go through rudeness training on purpose. Must just be a terrible place to work.
