Horrible experience, I'd give a zero if i could. Had crushed my phone and needed help. I had to go back and forth SIX times. Chris didn't know what she was doing with the simplest task, like getting my code from customer service or transferring the old phone info to the new phone in store instead of sending me away, saying she couldn't do it, customer services said she could have called from the store with me there with ID and took care of it . Told me to come back when manager came in. So I did. They sent me to get a phone, so I did and came back, she ripped open the package THEN said oh no this won't work. They were trying to upsell me. Since I wouldn't, they treated me poorly. They never should have sent me to Target and Wal-Mart to get a phone when none are unlocked, as a service provider they should know this. They should not be working there if they are not willing to teach and learn.Manager came over to chris and I, said to Chris "we've been over this" and then walked away. I later went back to complain to said manager and she was totally unreasonable, made excuses, blamed me and said she had nothing to discuss with Chris when there was a ton of stuff she should have discussed with Chris, she seemed to not want to teach her. Terrible staff and terrible manageraboutbusiness or how to treat customer Said they had the phone I wanted, I saw it in the drawer.Then when I went back she said it was gone. Said to call customer service at least 5 times, my phone was totally inoperable.Made at least three comments about my plan being prepay. Being prepay should have nothing to do with customer service experience.

Great experience, the manager Greg Musantry took his time and made sure my phone was set up right and was getting the most out of my verizon account.

The lady that works over there as a manager, doesn’t know anything , as soon as you ask questions she is rushing to give you a verizon customer service phone number to call and deal with them, this is not the first time I’ve been dealing with her ! She wants also to charge you extra $ 30 just to help you setting the phone ! Basically going to that location it’s pointless for Verizon customers ,because she can’t help you !

Immediate greeting when I walked in. Excellent service by the staff. The tall gentleman Chris put on a piece of glass for me perfectly and that means a lot believe it or not.

I had a wonderful experience here. Stopped in here yesterday with my wife after a gigantic headache at another Verizon store. I saw they had an iPhone 15 Pro Max in stock and I’ve been trying to find one all over town. Anyways, I was greet by Steve/Stephen (sorry Steve if I spelled that wrong) and from minute one he was on it. He was very knowledgeable about all the different products and knew a ton about the iPhones. I was coming from an 11 so he was able to fill me in on the latest features. He was great and very patient getting us set up. He got the phone swapped out, installed my screen protector perfectly and advised us on how to set up our other accessories and warranty info. We also visited quite a bit with the lady that was the manager and she was extremely friendly. This is probably the best experience we’ve ever had a Verizon and I’ve been a customer for 16 years. The overall vibe in the store was great and quite a few people came and went while we were there and everyone seemed to be leaving happy.Highly recommend. Thanks again Steve!
