Jeep TiresAMAZING service! I usually go to my dealership. I tried a local business once that has been in St. Petersburg forever and had the worst experience. I was hesitant to try a new place. I’m so glad I gave it another chance. Eric helped me with an AC issue. I had such a great experience that I went back to replace my four tires on my Jeep Sahara. Kelly helped me with my tires. I recently had an extremely smooth experience at Victory Auto Service in St Pete that I wanted to share. My Ford Explorer is getting older (2003) and needed a bit of work done in different areas. I was easily able to set up an appointment, drop my car off, and got a phone call later that very day with clear detail on what needed repair and a quote for the work. After approving the quote, I received my vehicle back in 3 days (as projected) and now it runs like a dream. Thanks to Kelly, Eric, Joe and the rest of the Victory Auto team for the smooth transaction, diligent repairs, and well-managed expectations. The entire staff and team were friendly and the process was straightforward. They communicated the entire time, and even recommended we check if the repair could be covered under warranty. It ended up being covered, and we saved over $2k thanks to Victory. 10/10

The place was very clean and professionally managed,I took my car in for a AC diagnostic witch took about a hour...the results came back and I needed a AC sensor that controls the heat and cold air, the part cost online was $29.00 witch I found at advanced auto, these guys wanted $809.66 parts and labor... ridiculously high so I decided to just pay for the diagnostic witch was $75.00 before taxes.....at the end before leaving the guy didn't give me a full detailed service order....

Whenever our Subaru needs service or repair work done, minor or major, we will make the hour+ long drive from our home in Lakeland to Victory Auto Service in St. Pete. And it is SO worth it! Kelly, Joe, and Eric are incredibly dedicated to building trust through exceptional service AND they are just the nicest people! I have been taking 2 of my 3 vehicles to Victory Automotive at the 9th St (MLK) location for more than a couple of years…I’m editing my previous less than favorable review. My reason, I appreciate a local business that does reach out to try and find resolution to what should have been a satisfactory experience. Sometimes for various reasons…results and service can fall short. I like supporting local businesses who go beyond to try and satisfy their customers. I received a message from Brian (District Mgr for Victory), he was concerned about my review, it happened I needed to replace 2 front tires on my Mercedes SL, I appreciated Brian’s followup and gave them another chance…The task of just changing a couple tires turned out to be more work than originally expected. Kelly, Joe and tech Jake were most helpful, I like giving good “updated” Reviews when deserved, Victory Automotive gets that for this last visit and my experiebce??Thank You!!

They are professional, straightforward, and honest.I recently brought my car in for a suspicious metallic noise, and after discovering that it was such a minor issue, they bent something back into place, didn't charge me, and told me to have a nice day.They don't overcharge, they don't omit details, they work with you and advise on how you can make the best decision for your situation.Also I think they have complimentary sodas in the main room. :]Services: Tires

I had a headlight bulb replaced for my Lexus at Victory Auto Repair. Great friendly owner and staff! I just got a personalized "thank you card" and was truly amazed that they took the time and effort to express their appreciation for my business with an actual physical mailed card! In this day and age it was quite a wonderful feeling that there are still business out there that truly understand customer service and respect. I highly recommend this business for their efforts, reasonable pricing and efficient repair service!!

Could not say enough good things about this place. A kitten had gotten stuck somewhere inside my car engine and after spending an entire day calling animal shelters, AAA, and other mechanics finally Victory came to the rescue. They immediately got my car on the lift and every employee there helped to get him free. This little guy has now been reunited with his mother. Thank you again Victory!Service: Auto maintenance

I had an excellent experience at Victory Auto in St. Petersburg! The staff was extremely friendly! The shop, lobby, wait area and bathrooms were all clean. The Service Advisor told me exactly what to expect at every step of the way and he and the rest of the team lived up to their promises. I appreciated having no surprises and I appreciated feeling safe and secure taking my car there. The shop is centrally located and easy to get to.
