This review is for the pharmacy- I tried filling a routine prescription here and had to return three separate times, only to finally be told that the medication was completely out of stock. By that point, I had already run out and needed it urgently. I ended up having to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy and missed several days of critical medication.
This entire experience was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided with basic communication. If the staff had simply informed me that the prescription was out of stock, I would have filled it elsewhere right away. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I won’t be returning to this pharmacy.

Insane lines and wait time. Not the employees fault but whoever staffs this place is squeezing it for all the profit it can.

The slowest pharmacy I've ever encountered. At 9am I requested the prescription be ready by 10am which according to Photon Health was possible. After waiting until 12 I went to the pharmacy to see if I could pick up. It wasn't ready and they wouldn't prepare it for me. Mind you the prescription I need is prepacked and just needs a label slapped on it. If you need help hire more employees. And update your timing info with Photon Health as they think you can fill prescription as fast as 30 minutes.

Rude staff
Just waited on the phone for 25 min on hold. Pharmacy picks up the phone just to ask me to hold again and hang up on me. Not going back to this place. Transferring to publix Pharmacy.

Most of the Walgreens in St. Pete are pretty bad, but this one is probably the worst. Better hope you don't need to talk to someone, because the only time they pick up the phone is to hang up on you.

I'd set a few hours aside and plan to make at least 3 visits to get a prescription refilled, also never believe anything they say on the phone

Unbelievably slow service, they are understaffed. Be prepared to wait 30 min to pick up prescription. Frequently they don’t have enough stock to fill prescriptions and they have to order
