Really challenging to deal with this pharmacy. Much better options at CVS and Publix. If i entered a boxing ring and was introduced to my sparring partner as the pharmacist at this location, I would consider that as a gift from the google review gods.

Female pharmacist and female pharm tech who wears hair in a huge bun need fired. They are entitled morons. Think they can treat customers rudely and then can get away with it. They refuse to own mistakes and also tried to refuse medication to a heart patient because they cannot follow directions. Patients need to report this to the Attorney General. They need closed. The manager is also someone who does not get back and does not listen. If the pharmacy people do not want yelled at, stop acting entitled, do your job on time and correctly. Almost all the complaints are about the pharmacy ?. Can see why this one, hopefully, will be shut down. I do not regret yelling at either one of them. You cannot treat people rudely and expect someone not to lose their cool. But ignorance is bliss.

Thank goodness my insurance has changed and I no longer need to do business with this pharmac.

I can no longer fill anything here. They lost a script that I handed them and fought with them for over a week trying to find it. And now I handed them a physical script at noon and they said no problem it will be filled by end of day and just now told me I couldn’t pick it up until tomorrow because of some timing rule but had I known earlier in the day that there was an issue I would have been able to get in contact with the doctor to get it. The staff was so rude and short and acted as if it was our fault.

medication I've taken for over a year. Avery refused to fill it this month for no reason. Discriminately practices against people who need certain medications. They are horrible horrible people with no regard for peoples health and wellbeing.

I've never seen a pharmacy staff so rude the pharmacist refused to even speak to me once. The technician was so nasty that even the Uber driver told her to Stop being so nasty. So unprofessional.

My wife and I have used this pharmacy for quite some time, since it is closest to our home but will be changing as they are consistently rude for no reason. I like to give places several chances before such a low rating but they proved themselves to earn this one.

Really uncalled for nasty technicians can't get their stuff together or figure out what time to pick up something while standing in line they gave me 4 different times. And just unreasonably rude for no reason

Carried one pack of water to the register, told the lady I wanted to, she charge me for two… Grab a second on the way out and she yelled at me and said I didn’t pay for two… Good thing I kept my receipt for that 15 steps SMH

Very concerning that Walgreens is pushing the, at best, ineffective covid "vaccine". This shot is not safe. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS SHOT AND DEFINITELY DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS TAKE IT

Went to Walgreens to pick up a few items. When I walked in the store associate at the front counter - Lucas - greeted me in a surly tone making me feel not welcomed. When I brought up my items to pay for them Lucas did not acknowledge me at the counter - instead, Lucas was on his personal cell phone ignoring customers. When Lucas realized I was at the counter waiting to pay for my items he greeted me surly and verbally aggressive like I was an interruption to Lucas. Finally, Lucas told me to "have a nice day sir" very aggressively at me so that he can get back on his personal cell phone. The manager of this Walgreens needs to fire Lucas, period. Ignoring customers by being on your personal cell phone during your work shift and treating customers aggressively is not courteous customer service. As I mentioned in a message I sent to Walgreens corporate had I been the manager of that Walgreens store and saw this kind of behavior from a store associate such as Lucas I would immediately terminate the employee, no ifs, ands or buts. Walgreens needs to periodically train its store associates on proper customer service. I would consider bypassing this Walgreens until they can get their act together on proper courtesy to the customer as well as customer service.

Terrible service. Now I see why I don’t use Walgreens pharmacy. Completely unhelpful and rude pharmacy staff. Avoid. There are other options nearby.

The checkout and photo lines are slow, especially when crowded, but the store always has things we need in stock and the pharmacy always takes great care to answer any questions we have. We get our flu shots here, and they are always efficient.
