Have stopped by this store numerous times from 7:10-7:15 am to try and buy something on my way to work. Front door is locked and no one in site. Supposed to be open at 7am according to store hours.

OMG DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TODAY…. It stinks sooooo bad, cant breath, the smell is so bad not good for your health at all… I have asthma and almost passed out. When you ask the employees “no one knows” what it is. I feel so bad for them that have to be there all day…. For health reason this store MUST be shut down.

ive been going to this one for years, used to be pretty nice. its disgusting in there now. a couple months ago i saw an entire team of people cleaning up brown sludge that had pooled over a large amount of the store. i went back today, forgetting that had happened, and the entire place still smelled like piss. the shelves were all dusty and unkempt. i dont blame the employees who have to work in this environment. it just seems like this store is managed horribly now and has some gross, absurd plumbing issues

I frequent this store quite often but about 2 weeks ago they had rats get in and have still not taken care of the smell or even fully cleaned up the mess from when it happened.. I feel bad for the employees since they are all so friendly.

The cashier was a doll old lady, her manager Allic was disrespectful to her rolling his eyes behind her back when she’s asking for help. She’s new and then obv wasn’t trained properly. She had to ask him million questions. But this review is about the lack of empathy this manager had. He’s a young man maybe 22-23 yo. Laziest manager ever and then went ahead and didn’t help my boyfriend and I because we had “too much” money to deposit. Super lazy and super unprofessional.* cash app & chime cards literally tell you to go to Walgreens/711 and he still denied us a transaction

My biggest pet peve is wasting my time and gas so when I look on line to see store hours and even the store hours on the building state they open at 7am on Sunday. I expect the store to be open or make the changes on website. Just drove to 2 different Walgreens got here at 7:17 am and still closed. Please make changes to your website.

I come here every month to pick up my scripts. It's like everything else. There is a turn around of employees. At this time, they have good and helpful employees. But sometimes, they have inexperienced and terse employees. I have said this before. If you don't have the belly for it you shouldn't be in it.

This place has really gone downhill. I have been using them for 17 years and the last year, everything I need has been a complete struggle. I call in prescriptions and they are never ready when they say they will be so I have to keep going back. I can't get things because they say their providers don't supply things anymore. They get my scripts wrong, it's been a mess so I am officially switching everything over to CVS.

This store is very close to my home. They always have products in stock. Staff are friendly.The store is always clean. And employees are constantly stocking new merchandise.Which that always makes me happy!!

Carla B. at the photo lab was a joy to work with. She helped me with my photos and made sure I got the best deals they had to offer on special photo products. She was a delight to talk to and worked with a smile on her face despite how busy she was from the holiday volume. Thank you Carla!!!

The pharmacy has gone completely down hill in the last 4 months. You can call and ask if scripts are ready to pick up, the answer is always yes. Have made 3 trips back and forth in two days. One of the techs has no clue about anything.Web site says ready, you go , not ready. If per chance if one is and you ask what others will be ready as promised she doesn’t know how to look in computer to find out. She will ask you what they are.When gas prices are high and you are elderly this is beyond a challenge , not to mention aggravating . And don’t give me an attitude because you know not what to do.Really tired of the short handed excuse and closing pharmacy because they can’t get a pharmacist in. I’m on day 3 of going back . Usually I use drive up but if their is a problem today going straight in for names and head quarters address.

if your website states that both the pharmacy and the store are open at seven and I walk in and the sign on the pharmacy also states that it’s open at seven and no one’s there when you’re trying to also get to work it’s pretty upsetting when you need your medication and work in the medical field so your free time is limited. Guess I’ll go another day with out it . Recommended fixing that. Or staffing .

There is ALWAYS an issue with the pharmacy when I come here. 1st, they did not enter my daughter's correct DOB (I get it, it happens); they FINALLY got that set straight. THEN, every time I went to pick up my monthly Rx, I was told a different price than what I initially paid. FINALLY, one of the pharmacists said that there is an override code that they need to use, and to mention it anytime they tried charging me $30+ dollars, opposed to the 0.50 cents that i normally paid. This seemed to be resolved, until tonight. I dealt with pharmacist LESLIE... she advised that she cannot just override and that should have never been done before. After the back and forth, I told her that I will pay the full amount because I need the medication. She gave me the total and opened the drawer for me to place my card at the drive though. After just agreeing to the cost I never paid before, she then told me to remove my card because it would be 20 minutes until it is ready. MIND YOU, MY REFILL WAS CALLED IN AHEAD OF TIME AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY BY 7PM. THIS WAS APPROXIMATELY 720PM, IF NOT, LATER. I told her I will wait right "here" until it is ready. She then had a gentleman in the pharmacy get on the phone to communicate with me... he asked if I was refusing to leave the drive through line- I said yes since my rx was supposed to be ready well before now. THEY THEN CALLED THE POLICE ON ME (nothing happened honestly). When I spoke with the store manager on duty while waiting in the drive through line, she said she has not been trained in this before so couldn't help. A complaint has been made to corporate, but what a joke of a pharmacy! If the reason for their doing is because they are short staffed, I don't blame anyone for not wanting to work for a place with no integrity. I will pay FULL price for prescriptions elsewhere!

Walgreen's at 7610 4th Street, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33702, has been a headache monthly for six years receiving my medications on a steady basis. My medications are very crucial to my well being. Walgreen's always had an excuse and it was always someone else. The head pharmacist told me when they get three months or more orders, that there would be no problems with reorders. Luckily, I was able to get some from the doctor to cover my needs. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.
