This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. A minimum of a 15 min wait to pick up your order it’s insane. Also most of the staff is not friendly (doesn’t help find things around the store and no greeting). If there was a closer place I’d move in a heart beat.

How does place survive? It's never open. Closes earlier than other drug stores, doesn't open til 8am. Sitting in the parking lot at 7:30 watching car after car pull up and drive away. This location could make so much more money if they opened up sooner. Going to Publix - they're OPEN.

Updated Review. \\nThe last time I shopped here the staff were unprofessional and rude. Pharmacy is good and the main store is good. But the liquor store, regular guy, dont know his name, he won't where his name tag, needs to be retrained. Walgreens is a great company but this has to be looked at.

I rarely write bad reviews but this Walgreens has the worst pharmacy service out of all locations I have been to. Prescriptions take a very long time. I typically can bring in a prescription to a pharmacy and have my medication 30 mins later or less....definitely not here. It will take over an hour to multiple hours. I'm not sure why this location takes so long and has less pharmacy staff than other places. The rest of the store is fine, but I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy. There are many other Walgreens within a few miles down the road.

I have been going to this store for two years since it opened. Over the weekend, I attempted to use my debit card twice, until it was finally mentioned to me that the system might be down. However, my account was still debited twice without the sale going through. The manager stated the transactions (totaling $74) would fall off, which the did not and posted. I understand it is not the fault of the staff or manger but perhaps a lesson in Customer Service to inform customers not to use the terminal at the own risk would be greatly appreciated. I am transferring to another pharmacy and will no longer shop here.

I am 70 years of age and have used Walgreens stores in various states where I have lived. However, I recently moved here and have used this store for the past 3 months. I must say this is worst store when it comes to filling a prescription I have ever experienced. I placed an order last week for my prescriptions. I have received 5 text messages telling me they're ready for pick up. This evening, in rush hour traffic, I go an additional 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the prescriptions only to be told they're not ready. I then asked to speak with the store manager and am told she is not in the store. I then asked for the manager on duty, who is totally useless as far as I'm concerned. She asked me how she could help. I said where are my prescriptions. She said she had no idea. I show her the 5 text messages and she just stared at me. Then I asked her who is the divisional manager for the pharmacy --- she has no idea and states she just moved to the area. I forget the next question I asked and she looked at me and said I was being belligerent and simply \\\"walked away\\\". So here I am in my car for the next 20 minutes waiting for my prescriptions to be filled. Be assured I will do the necessary research and find out who is the divion manager and will find out the answer to my questions. My advice, if you're new to the area, simply use a different Wallgreens.

Don't even bother to go there. Plenty of other pharmacies around. It's the last time I even buy at that store. The Pharmacist was so rude, and apparently has no idea how to do her job. I handed her an allergy prescription for my son, who at that moment needed the medication badly, and all she could say is I can't find it in the system. After showing her the UC discharge document, stating the med was sent ellectronically over to them, she said you have to wait, it takes an hour sometimes more. How can a person (a child) needing a life saving medication for severe allergies, is gonna have to wait for more than an hour to get their prescription filled. I ended up going to a different pharmacy, where only a few minutes later after I left the other place and got there, they were able to find the e-script and dispense the med. Her lack of sympathy is NOT a good sign. I will never ever return to that walgreens(even if its the closest) not convenient at all. Maybe I will, if you get a more compassionte human back at the Pharmacy. She looked kind of out of herself, she stares at people in a bad mood like she doesnt know what she is doing.

The Indian speaking pharmacist, I believe his name starts with a Y but for anonymity purposes I’ll leave his name out of this. He has no sympathy for his patients that he’s filling prescriptions for! He is not willing to go the extra mile that every other pharmacist is willing to do. To the point that he wouldn’t call my doctor to straighten out my prescription and made me wait for 5 hours until the doctor finally called him back. Then he proceeded not to follow the doctors orders, and refused to fill my prescription still! Maybe on a little bit of a power trip? I’ve never felt so judged in my life by a person and could see/feel nothing but coldness and no sense of empathy whatsoever. The ironic thing is, I got the same medication filled at the same Walgreen’s one week prior! According to him I was 4 days early, so last week I would have been 11 days early but a different pharmacist at the same Walgreen’s followed my doctors orders because of the medical condition I was in. As a pharmacist, yes, sometimes you have to make tough calls I’m not saying it’s the easiest of jobs. However, if your customer/patient relies on the medication otherwise could of had another seizure (I had one two weeks prior splitting my head open in the hospital and still had a black eye from the incident) I would hope they would see the importance of filling the prescription irregardless of the situation. I would not recommend taking in anything narcotic to him, he will judge you immediately and just cares about simple math not the common welfare or health of the customer. While waiting the 5 hours he only did a partial fill on one of my other prescriptions and when I finally got the refusal to fill my other prescription I went to check out and pick up my other 2 scripts. Those prescriptions were filled 4 hours before and all’s I needed to do to resolute the problem was to call my insurance, as I am at my deductible on the year. I hope he loses his job and his license and is NEVER allowed to fill another prescription!! Shame on you and shame on Walgreens!! Thank God, I was able to go to another pharmacy, where the pharmacist asked me questions and was so concerned for my well-being! It was like night and day! So thank you to her for being such a sweetheart and understanding my predicament and showing me empathy and being a good logical thinking pharmacist. DON’T FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AT WALGREENS!!!! Especially if you know who I’m talking about is there, it’s pretty darn obvious.

The Liquor store attached always has great prices and specials. They also have promo vendors who come in on the weekends where you can enjoy small samples while you shop. Well lit and convenient location. Cashiers are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Just my 2 cents..

Best pharmacy in this area of town. Was so sad to have to switch to CVS due to my insurance. Walgreens is far above the quality of service than CVS. The new store is nice and clean.

DOCTOR Jennifer is the best. She was an actual MD and then went into pharmacy so if you need or want the best pharmacist in Tampa Bay, come here. So caring, helpful & knowledgeable!

Pharmacy? Jennifer is a great pharmacist. Charles? He's a liar and assumes everyone is a druggie if you're filling anything above Motrin. I'm filing a complaint with the state license board!
