UPDATE: My 1 star (remains). Because even though after this posting, Walgreens district manager reached out & my issue was resolved by assigning my Gabapentin prescription to a different pharmacist, Zach who processed my script. But, wouldn't you know just minutes ago Steve denied my refill since Zach isn't in. IF you have any option, do NOT use this place!
I wish there were a minus rating for the WORST experience I've ever had at a pharmacy that began with a routine perscription refill request for a medication I've been taking for approximately 4 years. When I called (horrible phone tree) to see if my prescription was ready I was routed to Steve, THE rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered, who REFUSED to fill the prescription because he decided my neurologist had ordered too high a dose of my medication (which is NOT a controlled drug). Further, if my doctor insisted, he said that he would not dispense it & I should just go to another pharmacy. When I objected by saying that he isn't a diagnostician, Steve hung up on me. Although Walgreens is my insurance company's preferred pharmacy, I've transferred my prescription to another pharmacy at slightly more cost. This pharmacist seems to have a record of rude behavior along with an inflated ego and I fully plan to lodge a complaint with corporate.

An employee or a customer stole $5 rewards from my account last year at this location. The store is not well kept and stocked.

I’m extremely disappointed with how my mom was treated here. She doesn’t speak much English, and a worker pressured her into applying for a credit card under the impression of offering discounts. They never clearly explained that she was actually signing up for a credit card, which she would have never agreed to if she had understood. This practice feels misleading and takes advantage of people who may not fully understand what they’re being asked to do. It’s unethical, and you’re messing with people's credit. Please stop pressuring customers, especially those with language barriers, into financial commitments they don’t understand. Be more transparent and responsible.

I was on facetime with my son as he was looking for allergy medicine, I directed him to speak with someone close by and she was extremely rude to him cutting him off and saying he was just walking around the store. I called to speak to the store manager and low and behold she said she was the one who was rude to him and continued to argue with me rather than just be honest and say that she was having a bad day. My son is 16yrs old, she is the most unprofessional store manager I have ever encountered. Said her name was Kayjee. This is unacceptable, she needs to be demoted and the fact that she would incite an argument with me rather than apologize for the misunderstanding is telling of the type of unprofessional person she is. I am doing my best to find the contact to corporate or regional to speak with them regarding her. I am so upset that this happened to my son, next it will be someone else's son. Absolutely unprofessional.

I have been using this pharmacy as a prescriber and a patient for more than 25 years. Pharmacist Steve told me he is "not comfortable" filling prescriptions (not controlled substances or unusual meds) written by me for family members. He wanted to see medical records to make him "comfortable" with the prescription. He wanted to see evidence of history, a physical exam including, "putting a stethoscope on their chest..., blood work, X-rays...".
He has absolutely no authority to demand medical records -- this so-called, "I'm a medical professional," is an inexperienced control freak. Like I'm going to let this guy see my family members' medical records. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Horrible phone experience with a staff member named Katie. She is rude and loud and spoke to me condescendingly. Her behavior is unacceptable and when I tried to get her name she would speak when I was speaking so I could never hear her. I am certain is was intentional. I will not be going to this location again. I did call back and spoke to a manager named Tasha who apologized for her.

My experience at this Walgreens pharmacy has been great every time. My pharmacist is usually always Zach, and he's super professional and always helpful. Thank you Zach for making my experience here a pleasant one.

The thin female with glasses and the heavier male are extremely rude and disrespectful. I voiced this to the Pharmacist and he did not want to hear it. Your paycheck depends on customer retention. I see walgreens doesnt replt to reviews. Bunch of douchebags. Adios

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy until today. I recently got home from back surgery and have very limited movement. I was told my prescription was ready and I could have same-day delivery. There same-day delivery does not really exist. It’s only if the courier decides to pick it up. I paid for the medication and the service to have it delivered the same day, and when I called at 7 PM I was told it probably wasn’t going to happen and the tech told me I don’t know what to tell you and when I talked to the pharmacist, he said the same thing. He said sometimes couriers will pick up twice a week I don’t know how they can advertise Same-day delivery, charge you for it and get away with it. It is going to be a very painful long night. I will be contacting corporate.

The pharmacist guy was great the techs are ghetto and rude I’d been calling and come by for 2 weeks to give them my insurance and they did nothing for me finally the male pharmacist was able to fix the issue within 5 minutes. I do not recommend you get your meds here bc if it was up to them you’d die before you got them. The techs need to be fired.
