I have had my prescriptions filled here and blood work done this place is the best. Would give 5 stars but the staff for blood work is short 1 person doing 30 people isnt fair at all to her or the patients plus if u scheduled at a specific time you still waiting 1 hour if not more to be seen

I went in to pick up a Calendar from the photo department. I rang the assistance bell & an associate came to "help". I told her my name & what I was there to pick up. She barley looked for it & said she couldn't find it I suggested she look in the box with the initial of my last name. She said, if it was in there I would see it. Then she said she couldn't find it again & said another associate would come help me. I asked her what her name was but she wouldn't tell me. Thankfully John came to help me & he was very nice & found my item right where I said it would be. In the box with my initial on it, crazy I know. I told him his coworker Krystal, he told me her name when I asked him since she wouldn't, needed some training in the customer service department.

What’s the point of having inventory online if it doesn’t accurately match what’s actually in store

This is the worst Walgreens ever. The rudest most unprofessional store on the planet. ZERO customer service in the photo lab and just plain rude. This store has a 29% approval rating and I understand why. The 1-800 number is of no help as well. DO NOT GO HERE!

One of the most unreliable Walgreens left in the city. Went 20 mins out of my way to drop off a package around 9 pm since they’re the only ones open until midnight with the exception of 1 other 24hour store that I would usually go to but it’s gets busy (as they’re the only thing open late night) and Walgreens doesn’t staff more than 1 person so I don’t like having to make them leave register to go to the package counter late night. Well, this one I’ve completely given up on, they had major issues with rude staff and parking lot issues but the worst part is that they just shut the store down whenever they want, no notices online or anything, they just stick a paper on the door like they’re a neighborhood deli in the Bronx. I’d say I hope corporate takes notice but they don’t, this is a reoccurring issue all over FL and it’s exclusive to Walgreens. I really wish FedEx could figure it out and move to CVS with UPS, as they’re 10x faster processing drop offs and never pull stunts like this mismanaged joke of a store does

I understand there is a pharmacy tech shortage in the US however you are one of the largest retailers in the US (you are Walgreens!). It seems Walgreens has put so much of their resources into expanding & building out their medical care centers/ flu vaccination clinics that they’ve forgotten why the base of their customers come there: for prescription drug needs. Waiting in crazy long lines at the Pharmacy Dept, I can see where Walgreens has inadvertently pulled pharmacy staff out of their traditional role (filling drugs) and they have them giving injections to patients. I appreciate the COVID & influenza access however if you build out your business model then Sr Leadership should plan to adequately support BOTH patient access departments. As customers, we see your staff frazzled and overwhelmed with the workload and demands. And then us, the customers, are without medications in a timely manner, if at all.
If there is one way to lose a customer, it’s to provide inadequate medical support such as life saving and/or quality of life improvement drugs.
As a longtime customer I felt compelled to share what is happening out here because it’s HQ/Sr Leadership’s responsibility to find a remedy for your staff and your customers.

This location is pretty awful. Takes multiple days to refill prescriptions, never confirms when they are ready or out of stock, and several times have refilled quantities incorrectly or decided not to fill an authorized prescription because it wasnt covered by my insurance. That’s nice of them to be concerned about the cost, but not their decision to make without consulting me.

If I didn’t need to come here for a work drug screening I wouldn’t have stayed. The most miserable staff in the lab. I honestly hope I never have to come here again. Completely unorganized and rude. I’m embarrassed for this store.

Clearly one of the female pharmacists hates her job and takes that out of people who call, but the guy working the drive thru was amazing.

I came here to get labs done. I went to the window next to where you sign in for labcorp to ask a pretty simple question, but I guess I went to the wrong person. The person I spoke to was a woman who worked for the pharmacy and not labcorp, but she communicated this in an incredibly rude manner. First of all, she made it sound like I was in the wrong building and when I asked for clarification she snapped at me. She even cut me off in the middle of my sentence and basically spoke to me like I was stupid. I get it, I was not talking to the right person. There are many different ways you can communicate that without being rude or talking down to someone. I have worked with people for many years and I have dealt with some seriously difficult clients/customers, but I would never speak to anyone in that manner.
I will not be back, especially not for the pharmacy.

Needed a skincare regimen so I went to the Walgreens and Emma was super friendly, informed, and her customer service skills are awesome. She helped me buy a few things to get me started. I’ll definitely be back to ask for her help again!
