Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. I will start off with the fact that my family has been using this Walgreens to shop at and for our pharmacy for 12 years. We have had so many issues over that time and this is the breaking point. With the exception of 1 and only 1 employee named Dennis the rest of the staff are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Especially in the pharmacy! We had pills missing from prescriptions, my husband was given the wrong medication which had he not paid close attention could have killed him, and the most recent issue is that they never seem to have any medication in stock. He is diabetic,,,,and for anyone that is diabetic you understand the importance of having your medication. It can be a life and death situation. His insulin is always out of stock causing us to either have to wait extra days or try to transfer it to another Walgreens location. and the latest has been pain medication. My husband is 60 years old, has to have a knee replacement but cant have that done until his A1C is where the doctor wants it, which means that in the meantime until the stars line up correctly he is stuck barely being able to walk due to the pain. Walgreens had him waiting for 5 days to refill his prescription of which is a weeks worth of medication that he makes last him 3 weeks. He is NOT abusing anything and only takes when absolutely necessary. To make things worse the disregard for compassion and empathy is sickening. We had already decided today that we were finished with this Walgreens and any other Walgreens and had all of his prescriptions transferred to Publix. That decision was even backed up by his doctors office. I cant tell you how many times the pharmacy blamed the doctor for not sending prescriptions over to have the doctor say yes they did. Just ridiculous. Because we still had 1 prescription that was locked into the system and they did get ready for us today after 5 days of waiting I personally went to pick up that medication to be treated horribly. Tiffany the Operations Manager as it stated on her shirt was so rude. There was no How can I help you today? It was Yeah what's the name, who are you to him? what's the address? And you know what I called her out on her rudeness and she obviously didn't like that. If the manager is like that how do you think the rest of the staff is? I would go as far away from this Walgreens as you can get . It's a shame they have 1 really great employee and he doesn't deserve to be ran under the bus with the rest of the staff. I'll bet if they were on the other side of the window and their family or themselves were in excruciating pain or their sugar was out of whack they would want someone to show some empathy for them now wouldn't they? I understand stressful jobs I understand people being rude I am a server for a living, believe me I have had my share of rude people, but at the end of the day you treat people how you would want to be treated and this Walgreens I believe is incapable of treating people with kindness.

THIS PHARMACY SUCKS. They are completely incompetent. They will send you an email(several) telling you your prescription is ready, then when you go to pick it up, they can't find it then make up lame excuses like it was saved to your profile so maybe there is a problem with insurance, and when you say why did you send me emails to pick it up, you get the blank stare. I had the same problem at this location 10 yrs ago and stopped using them. Evidently, they have recurring bad management that they can't learn out of.

Pharmacist or tech (white male mid 40s) caught a serious attitude that I wouldn't give him my phone through the drive thru drawer. I held up the phone with the goodrx coupon in full screen, very close to the glass, and he just kept snickering and shaking his head. I confronted him about his behavior and he wouldn't respond at first but then said it's weird that I wouldn't give him my phone. I don't see what the issue is with simply showing him the info he needs. I could've also read it off to him. But he chose to make it a problem and let me know he was unhappy with my refusal to hand him my phone. Seriously petty and unprofessional.

The worst pharmacy ever. The automatic refill system doesn’t work. I get messages that my prescriptions are ready but they never are. It’s a constant fight that to get my prescriptions.

Calling my local Walgreens is sickening. They put you on hold then it rings and they put you on hold again. This can go on for an hour.

I have had good and bad experiences with this pharmacy. I'm doing this review today and giving it 5 stars for a particular reason and it involves 1 person only. DENNIS at this pharmacy has gone so far above and beyond to accommodate our family. From myself to my husband to my dogs prescriptions. When we were told something was very expensive he has found a way to make it affordable for example GoidRx When we were told something wasn't covered by insurance he is able to find a way to get it covered by reaching out to the Insurance company for us. when we were told something wasn't available he will find a way for us to get it by calling other locations. Never a bad attitude, makes you feel like family, always busy and running like crazy, such a hard worker, but ALWAYS takes the time to be sure you have what you need in a timely fashion. If it weren't for DENNIS we would not use this pharmacy. We had bad experiences in the past with pills missing from prescriptions, we were given a wrong medication that could have killed my husband, and no one seemed to care...until we found DENNIS. Since he has been at this pharmacy we are confident when he is there that we will get what we are supposed to when we are supposed to at the price we are supposed to and he will do everything that he is able to, to make it happen. DENNIS deserves a raise , a bonus, or whatever he can get because he IS the reason we stay with this pharmacy. To whomever in the Walgreens corporation that reads these comments I surely hope you know what a blessing it is to have DENNIS as an employee. These types of employees are far and few between anymore and I hope you are able to reward him for his professionalism, caring, kind, attentive attitude towards your customers. Those that work in any type of medical field are dealing with those in a fragile situation and the pharmacy is the last line that we see once we leave our doctors office or hospital. So for DENNIS to show this type of compassion as the last line of a medical journey is going far over and beyond what we usually expect, which is why we value him so much and appreciate him.

So disturbing that Walgreens is still pushing the covid "vaccine". It doesn't work, it isn't safe and giving it to kids is insane

Worse pharmacy ever. Called to get a refill, girl that answered phone picked a random OLD script they somehow still had on file and filled it (from a Dr my husband no longer sees or is at the office where it was prescribed from) and now husband is 20 days short of medicine. Pharmacist himself has audacity to say I should have called Dr. NO when refills are needed THE PHARMACY sends the request to the physicians office electronically. Scripts ALWAYS an issue at this location. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

WORST PLACE EVER! I will NEVERRRRR go here for anything. The pharmacist there has the audacity to really say I don’t know how transfers work because I told her I wanted her to call around for whoever had the medicine I needed most which. Didn’t even call me that they didn’t have it in stock until I got there, didn’t even bill my medicine because they ‘didn’t’ have my insurance so when I did get there I had to wait!! Like why isn’t it not done!? There service is terrible, they don’t communicate and apparently when they think your not listening they talk shit…I’m never doing anything that deals with Walgreens again!!!
