This store is not pleasant! Very uptight environment. I chat with some of the workers and I feel sorry for them, the store manager needs to take management classes, also if you shop here pls get a tetanus shot as the shelves are rusted out. Perhaps the pharmacy offers them since, their shelves are a direct hazard to the public! I expect more from this company. These stores are horrific these days.

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy in St.Petersburg!!!!
Waited over two hours on the phone. When I finally talked to someone, it sounded like they were completely out of it. Sampling the meds????
I finally drove to the store to see if I could get my questions answered. NOPE.
The two people working behind that counter should not be.
Talking to other people in line, they had the same complaints I did.
You should go to Baileys, Prime Pharmacy, CVS , or Walmart.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!
SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS FOR SUCH SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

What a low store this is. During HURRICANE RECOVERY we are working locally as recovery haulers for the City of St Petersburg but this store had NO DESIRE to help us even with a basic request that we were more than willing to PAY FOR! We requested a recovery placard printed just on a basic sheet of paper. The "store manager" on duty was beyond rude and I truly hope she is not a true reflection of walgreens values. Walgreens corporation should be absolutely ASHAMED of this employee and her behavior! I will be sharing all the way to the top as this was a true DISGRACE! Saddest part... this is my local home town store the we visit multiple times a week. I am disappointed with the city I live in and the way people are treating each other.

Closed the drive thru windows in my face after I'd been in the line behind someone who drove away at 1:30p Walgreen's I know closes from 1:30-2p for lunch. I was so pissed after working since I got out of the hospital to get a Prior Authorization fixed then finding ingredients a location that had ANY. Finally found this location thru my home Walgreen's, which I love & had worked tirelessly for me to get this medication I need for the rest of my life. I spent hours on the phone to get it approved to begin with since Saturday when I got out of the hospital. And then to have gotten to the Walgreen's here on 34th st N & 38th Ave just to have them close the window in my face! After I went in the store to say how crappy that was. I was told by the pharmacy manager that it's required by law to have lunch between 1:30-2p. Techs can still sell already bagged prescriptions. It is a law to take a break for 30mins. They could've had a tech sell me my meds that I have to take to eat. I CAN NOT eat without it. My pancreas does not make the enzymes I need for digestion and mimics heart attack pain & haven't eaten since Saturday because I still can't get it. I can't go back & get it as I don't have transportation now. I had it at 1:25 when I was in line behind one person who they made wait that whole time before assisting them so they wouldn't have to take the next person who was in line prior to 1:30p. I am disgusted at the way that manager tried to gaslight me! If I could leave 0 stars I would have selected that option. Beyond upset 😡 posted is the law. A tech could have helped me!

first i would like to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with this walgreens location. i went back and forth between two walgreens locations due to the a power outage at one of the stores, my "controlled" medication that i "need" to take daily was delayed almost 3 days! i was finally able to get my medication today around 4pm at this location. after all of this frustration with walgreens i am helped by a women named "faith". she forgot to give me another prescription that i needed and i had to remind her, faith was disrespectful and sarcastic and kept me waiting for the other medication out of pettiness. would not recommend this walgreens to anyone.

Really needed my medicine. Called @6:30 and asked. Pharmacist said they just get prescription but didn’t have time to make it ready, but it’ll be ready today and they will notify me. I was waiting for them to notify me, not realizing they are open until 8pm. Not 9pm. I’m very upset because I should start this medication tonight!
Lesson learnt. Don’t rely on what they promise you!

Ms Krystal did a great job and helped me out to fix my mistake. Too bad she’s not great at hiding how judgemental she is about how I run my business to my face. Here’s a tip ms krystal - if you don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all or at least save it for when the customer has left your business but maybe you missed that lesson in kindergarten back in 300 B.C but it really isn’t that hard of a skill to learn.

Poorly treated by pharmacy yesterday. Not ever going back. I was basically humiliated, made fun of and laughed at by employee called Shania. I strongly suggest you pull up cameras to see how they’re mistreating customers. This happened at 5767 38th Ave NSaint Petersburg, FL 33710United States.

Horrible staff at Pharmscy, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Not to mention incompetent. Watch out for Alex and Shania, they may lose your scripts or worse.
