There’s always a wait.What’s up with Walgreens pharmacies not open till 9 AM?! They need to be ready to serve customers when they open, especially if they’re not open until 9 AM!Staff should be scheduled to come in at 8:30 AM so they are ready to serve customers when they open.When I request a prescription be filled, it takes them more than a day to complete it, which is ridiculous.Unfortunately, I have Florida Blue insurance, and Walgreens is the only pharmacy option that they allow besides mail order. Florida Blue sucks too. I should write them a review next.

The pharmacy is horrible. It closes because they don’t have a pharmacist available and today I’ve been on hold over an hour trying to speak to the pharmacy

I've been getting my meds at this location for years and they have always been courteous and professional. When one of my prescriptions was put on indefinite backorder they told me what I needed to do and everything was fixed. It isn't their job to keep up with companies not manufacturing products if anything it should be the doctor prescribing the medicine. The people complaining about them not helping you fix your prescriptions must not realize their only job is to fill the order your doctor puts in.

This is the worst ! Customer service is none existing! I'm in the drive up window behind a white van waiting over 15 min. Aperently he is waiting for them to fill a script ! I hate this store . Will talk to insurance company about changing to cvs

I just had a very awful experience here! No wonder more and more people are just shopping online. The customer service was awful. The cashier at night was very rude and kept saying "THERE IS A QUESTION" without allowing me to even read through. I asked if an item could be matched to online and she just shrugged - yet I see online there is a level of price match that can be done. Very rude service and it is a shame since the store is quite nice. I will advise anyone else to just shop somewhere else or do it online. It is basically empty all of the time for a reason.

I never post negative reviews or complain about customer service, as I have worked in those positions and understand how challenging they can be.However, my experience with this pharmacy was so embarrassing and insulting I feel compelled to now.A medication I am prescribed was partially filled due to a shortage over the weekend. This shortage means not only do they not have it in stock, but they don’t know when they will be able to order more. Since my medication was partially filled, I was advised to speak with my doctor about using other doses to fill the prescription.I did so the next business day (Monday) and went back to the pharmacy to fill the rest of my prescription. I was informed by the pharmacist that since I had days remaining on my partial fill, that I would have to wait until that one was complete (over a week) before I could fill the rest. I asked if an exception could be made if my doctor sent a message, due to the shortage of the medication, and quickly told me no. I asked if she could assure that the prescription would be in stock when I came back to get it. She said she couldn’t say anything for sure because “it might be recalled”, but said she would put my name on the bottle.No idea what that means, so I asked.She said that it would reserve my quantity. So, to ensure that I had heard her correctly, I asked that, unless it was recalled, it would be reserved for my pick up.She proceeded to turn away from me with a loud fake laugh:“I can’t say anything for sure! Come on now! That’s not the way the world works!”It was insulting, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. Not only was this woman completely unwilling to work with me, but was doing everything she could to make sure I would leave humiliated and completely in the dark about whether I would be able to get the medication I need to earn a living.I understand there are laws around the dispensing of certain medications, however I am certain that my situation violated none of them. This was completely within the power of this pharmacist to correct and chose not to, for reasons I can not begin to understand.I’ve never met somebody in the medical field so intent on preventing the treatment of a patient.I have filed a formal complaint with their corporate headquarters, and will update here if that bears any fruit, but I’m not holding my breath.Avoid this place.

No customer service skills!!!especially not in the pharmacy. Telling patients their medication is out of stock but not taking the proper steps to help the patient. Then making the patient run around to complete your job of contacting the doctor’s office.Shame on you!!!

I give 1 point because the store is very nice but the pharmacy is a nightmare! Never has anything available...always on backorder...never gives you an option if they are out...never calls your doctor for other option...never answers phone...always rude. Have been given wrong prescription twice...took back and put back in stock. (Against the law.) Do not recommend!

I just had an appointment for a covid test at this location and the instructions said to call store on arrival. Didn't give a # so I called regular #. To make a long story short I didn't get my test done. What an inept place. There system is worthless.

Wow! I have never before in my life seen a more disorganized greeting card aisle. It looks like it’s never been organized. This level of mess is not from one customer. This is months and months of being left unorganized. And because of this it will take you just as long to find a card. I left and found it easier to just buy a card elsewhere!

I called earlier today pleading with the woman on the phone to call me if they needed to shut down for the hurricane because I had asthma medication that I need to live in case everything was shut down and I would leave work early to pick it up. Nobody calls me and low and behold I arrive to see them closing early, pleaded again with another worker to please let me get my medication as it’s potentially a life saving medication hoping they could make an exception, nothing. Absolute criminal that I’m denied life saving medication on top of the fact that the woman earlier never called me or made any attempt at giving me a chance to get there before they closed, never coming here again and potentially filing a lawsuit if I end up in the hospital as a result of their lack of humanity.

Everytime I go there (this is the nearest one Walgreens to me) I leave the store upset with the customer service or because something is out of service. Today I have package for Fedex, since I saw that they have Fedex drop off location, scanner to scan the code didn't work, they have photo and documents prints/scanning,I wanted to use scanner, my documents went out all wrong and he said he can't do nothing about it. Working with headphones on and very rude. I spent like 15 minutes and it was just waste of time.

Check prices at publix! They tried charging me almost $80 for two medications. At publix it was under $20 for both!
